Very interesting vibe, Electronic music can be hit and miss for me but this one is overall pretty good. I tend to like the lyricless tracks the most. Genesis is well known for a reason, but Phantom pt II is also pretty great.
Solid album, lovely voice and well written. Most of them aren't very upbeat, but still good.
Just not really my kind of thing.
Wow. Surprised I haven't listened to this one already, it's pretty great. I haven't listened to much by Leonard Cohen at all, but its time to fix that...
Excellent songs and lyrics, very nice. Diamonds in the mine was pretty odd though, what was that?
Decent, though just wasn't quite my vibe that day. Unfortunately only a small part of the album appeared to be on Spotify for some reason.
A decent album. Elvis is good, and there's a couple good songs in here, but not quite peak Elvis yet.
Pretty fun album, solid. Several songs are very well known, possibly too well known. Someone Like You is still beautiful. Also, "Set Fire to the Rain" is just an epic lyric and title and nobody can convince me otherwise.
One of my favorite albums I've ever listened to - many incredible songs, and the album overall is just very good with great songs like:
- Drive is just super catchy and fun in its melody... *tick, tock....*
- Try Not to Breathe gives a very "sway side to side slowly" sort of vibe
- I genuinely don't know what the hell The Sidewinder Sleeps Tonite means but it's fun anyways
- Everybody Hurts is a *beautiful*, sad and caring song
- New Orleans Instrumental No 1. Is kinda odd with the lack of vocals, but it's still a neat... intermission almost?
- Sweetness Follows. Love the riff on this one, its a part of why I love REM - a lot of very solid, catchy musical bits
- Monty Got a Raw Deal - same deal here. The musical riff is just *fun*
- Ignoreland is a very interesting political song that still works despite being pretty raw
- Star me kitten... very different theme and vibe from the rest of album (and slightly explict) but its still interesting
- Man On The Moon is also one of the best on the album
- And it doesn't even stop there, another great piano piece with nightswimming
- Then the album ends with the beautiful song about the journey of life with *Find the River*
Elton John. Love these songs, several top classics like Candle In The Wind which is beautiful, Bennie and the jets is fun and quirky, and Goodbye Yellow Brick Road is one of my favorites overall. The others are still good while a little less memorable.
It was interesting. Jenny Was A Friend Of Mine was fun, Mr Brightside is very well known and cool, the rest were less memorable but still pleasant to listen to.
Decent songs, well done. Just not quite my vibe I don't think.
It was okay. Beetlebum was kinda interesting, Song no 2. Is a song you've heard everywhere before in short bursts and listening to it for a longer time is... not much better.
I like this Album overall much more than I thought I would. So many good songs, with Bridge over troubled water, the boxer, baby driver, and The only living boy in New York being some of the top highlights.
Eh, it's alright. Not really my thing. Paranoid and Iron Man were cool songs, the rest... ehhhh.
Pretty decent, clocks is well known for a reason. Bit of a long album, fairly neutral about it.
Not bad, nice vibe to it. Worked as background music, not much more notable than that.
Interesting songs and lyrics, but not quite my thing and nothing really stuck out for me.
It was okay. "Superstition" is fun and well known, some of the simpler songs like "You and I" are good, but the rest are a little too... casual and flashy to be interesting for me.
Black mirror is intriguing vibe to it.
Keep the car running has a fun musical pattern to the start. Kinda reminds me of M83 a little.
Neon Bible is alright
Intervention is the first with the organ, hell yeah
My Body is cage is fun with the organ again. Overall, a pretty diverse and good album.
I struggled to get into this honestly. The vibe and sound was just... nope.
Pretty decent. Ray Charles is good, and classic songs. Not an all time favorite, but fun.
A decent mix! Some ups, some downs. Mayonaise is fun vibe. Not the biggest fan though.
A fun vibe and good energy. But... kinda got a bit tired after awhile into the album. So, middle of the road for me.
I liked the vibe. It's very, very, very californian though.
It's... country music. I like some country music. This one is fine, but I didn't quite make it through.
Pretty gud. Not yet their peak, (and huh a lot of songs are relationship related here) but some good sounds of the band getting revved up.
