Fazit: Klug arrangiert war es wirklich, handwerklich konnte da jemand mit Mixzeug arbeiten, Handwerk an Stimme oder Instrument vermisst man aber. Letzlich möchte ich für alles Geld der Welt nicht Kanye West sein.

Starker Anfang, hervorzuheben sind vor allem: Changes, Life on Mars? und Quicksand. Teilweise sehr spirtuelle Texte, mit Bowies Stimme, welche in großen Teilen einfach über dem ganzen Album schwebt, umrahmt von tollen Instrumenten, vor allem Gitarre, Klavier. Lässt zum Ende hin aber nach.

Unerwarter Hammer! Zu Beginn düster, depressiv, gothicish... viel verzerrt, typischer 90s Sound. Gefühlte Kathrasis in der späten Mitte des Albums und auf einmal ganz andere Emotionen... großes Kino!
