hate Springsteen’s voice with a passion, but can’t deny the influence of his music. Good record overall

I get the concept of the album, but musically I really can’t seem to understand it. It’s weird, experimental, a lot of talking over jazzy productions, honestly not my cup of tea. Didn’t know the artist beforehand, also.

can see a lot of Florence + The Machine inspirations, PJ Harvey are a bit obsessed with England though cmon I get it

Hate Fleetwood Mac sadly, still not too bad overall

I can get behind some ethereal sounding stuff, and I get the intended vibe, but man Björk is weird af and not in a good way sadly. Tough listen for me, weird moaning, whatever. 2 outta five

Boring after a while, but that’s just blues for me. Great performance though, all throughout, since this is a live recording I think it’s only right to acknowledge the talent on display. 3.5 bumped to 4 for me

Firstly: Oh God why? On the other hand: do you like a single pad note slowly raising in volume for 50 seconds straight? Do you like whispering and nothing different than that? If the answer to either of these questions is yes, boy do I have the record for you! The sad part is that in here there’s a great rock album with a stellar production and solid riffs, but they just said fuck that, we’ll whisper over the whole record while rambling about random stuff, and while we’re at it, let’s also add random fucking intros and outros with 2 minutes of tension that we’re never gonna resolve. I wanted to give this a 3, because really, great riffs man. Then i got to the song “200 Bars”, which literally is just a guy counting numbers, and in good conscience I can’t go higher than 2. Still salty about the vocals though, what a waste

This one starts out fine, then takes a deep dive almost literally, since the mix on almost all of the tracks seems to be on the bottom of the ocean. I don’t get the why of it all, you can only hear a distorted guitar playing 4 power chords in loop, with faint voices (unintelligible lyrics, btw) in the background

This is just a collection of background songs fitted for the cheesiest scenes of Dawson’s Creek

Legendary record, but man is it boring. I get the reggae groove and all, but the structure of every song is identical, with very little elements to distinguish them from one another.

Expected better from this one honestly, kinda stale and aged poorly. A couple of tracks are ok, most of them don’t really stick. The Wish.com of Daft Punk

Nice to hear different sounds and instruments, but a little bit too repetitive for me. It feels like a long song with pauses between verses, which for some I guess could be a nice thing, but it’s not my cup of tea
