From Elvis In Memphis by Elvis Presley
Jan 10 2024

Very boring. Long, drawn out dull melodies. Droney...very droney

S&M by Metallica
Jan 11 2024

Long songs, like, unnecessary long 😂 Though, the addition of the orchestra really makes it quite enjoyable to listen to Metallica. A really good accompaniment and adds such a large dimension to the sound. Guitars are nice and chunky, some nice riffs. Vocals sound a bit autotuned, which I wasn't expecting for a band like these tbh Overall, best one so far

Jazz Samba by Stan Getz
Jan 15 2024

I've always wanted to simulate life in a 60s elevator for over 30 minutes. That being said, not an offensive listen. Very easy listening as background noise. Quite relaxing, nice instrumentals. Nice saxophone parts. Has a real "kellermans holiday estate" feel (Dirty dancing) Could nearly beat Opus 1 as hold music

Coat Of Many Colors by Dolly Parton
Jan 16 2024

Genuinely good album. Lyrics seemed heartfelt and full of emotion, the music was in the same wave length. Brilliant harmonies and proper classic 70s country pop

Shake Your Money Maker by The Black Crowes
Jan 17 2024

Sounds like it's about a generation too late. CCR vibes. Singing was very AC/DC, a bit over the top for my liking.

The Modern Dance by Pere Ubu
Jan 18 2024

I haven't been so scared listening to music in a while. 'Laughing' - what am I even listening to? Like, it's as though they just decided to invite everyone in off the street 😂 Very experimental I suppose, but just too weird

Hounds Of Love by Kate Bush
Jan 19 2024

Beautiful, yet interesting voice. Great hooks Brilliant opening track. Eerily hypnotic instruments. So far my favourite

Iron Maiden by Iron Maiden
Jan 22 2024

Yea, this was a no for me. I'm pretty sure the first solo in the first song had some views that sounded out. Generic old man rock, pointless long guitar solos, boring singing. Even taking into consideration when the album was released, it's still so so bleh Nah

Daydream Nation by Sonic Youth
Jan 23 2024

Nice grungy punk. Bot too sure on the length of some of the tracks, seemed unnecessarily long. Good in your face music though.

Logical Progression by LTJ Bukem
Jan 24 2024

Someone listened to far too much Sonic CD music. Track 3 got me excited as I thought it was the theme tune from Lost in Space movie... It wasn't Very repetitive, not my cup of roobios

Jan 25 2024

I can finally live as a Disney princess in a Latin America film. I mean, it's relaxing, but who decided this was a life changing album? Dudes got a nice voice though

Rust In Peace by Megadeth
Jan 26 2024

Another metal band, another album with songs that go on for way too long. And nasaly axel rose is just as bad as normal axel rose...ugh Guitars were coolish

What an album. Brilliant example of late 60s Brit rock. Guitars are instantly recognisable as that of the kinks, alongside the vocals. Lyrics are a mix of those quirky Kinks lyrics and heartfelt deep ones. Great album

Maggot Brain by Funkadelic
Jan 30 2024

1st track has a very Hendrix-esque solo... That is my only positive

Maverick A Strike by Finley Quaye
Jan 31 2024

The only redeeming thing reggae has is interesting bass lines... Voice is a bit nasaly and pointy...

Inspiration Information by Shuggie Otis
Feb 02 2024

Starts off like some early-mid 90s movie music for a sex scene, then about track 5 swaps to post coital music Average

Gorillaz by Gorillaz
Feb 06 2024

Great music, great lyrics...finally something decent!

Green River by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Feb 12 2024
Feb 13 2024

I think I'm in the minority with my opinions on muse. Yea the dudes got pipes and the music is technical and impressive but I just find them still a bit...bleh
