Green onions is one of my all time favorites but the rest of the album was a little too churchy and sleepy for me.

Never really listened to him before. Mesmerizing voice and nice lyrics. Time and a place for this kinda stuff though I guess.

Somewhat an oxymoron with chill drums and bass… one or two tracks I liked but the rest wasn’t for me.
Love hearing some bluesy sabbath. Found a new song or two I liked.
Lots of hits. Liked the flow of the whole album too. Great voice, good beats, nice funk, and overall smooth.
It was a hodgepodge of genres - not all that bad but I just couldn’t get on board.
As a big bass fan I was hopeful I’d like this more as I hear me he was pretty good on bass. But it was just melodic talking to some ok music that sounded all the same with that little whimsical auto tune tone.
Haven’t listened to in a while. Good to be reminded of DJ Eazyyyyy dick…. Threw one or two new songs on my rap playlist. I want to give this a 3 rating based on my all time list, but overall it still holds up.

Lead singer reminds me of someone - was surprised at how much I liked it considering my expectations with the album art.
Already downloaded a few of his songs so had liked him before but thought the album was solid overall.
