1001 Albums Summary

This album was lovely. The vocals/instrumentals are so relaxing and evokes the feelings of laying on the beach on a beautiful, breezy summer day. The perfect soundtrack for a lazy, relaxing day.

I realized that I've never listened to the full album. There are several songs I really love and some that are a tad lackluster. All in all it's a solid album.

Iconic.

Definitely not my taste. Way too cheesy. This is what I'd imagine would be playing at a Junior High dance in the 70's. I'm assuming the people who love this album love it for the nostalgic factor. It's shocking to me that this album is ranked in Rolling Stones top 500 albums and that it received 8 Grammy nominations. 1.5⭐

In the past I have only listened to the Clash's top hits. They definitely had a unique sound and were a groundbreaking and pivotal band for the punk genre. Although they're not my personal favorite I do appreciate their music and their contribution to rock and roll history. They definitely deserve to be on this list.

I didn't think I liked disco, but this album was pretty fun. It was nice background music to have on while cleaning the house today.

Pure nostalgia

What an incredible album. I've loved it since 2002 and still listen to the full album several times a year.
