Parklife
BlurStarted very well, but deteriorated as the album went on.
Started very well, but deteriorated as the album went on.
Album a bit all over the place. Couple of decent tracks, and 'You can call me Al' is obviously a banger.
Good gentle background music. Nothing particularly noteworthy, but pleasant.
Entirely underwhelming throughout. Would never play again, though nothing too offensive.
Enjoyable album as background during dinner. Would revisit in future!
Quite an enjoyable listen, and a band I wasn't previously familiar with. A little esoteric at times though.
Nothing offensive, but nothing noteworthy.
A decent album, just lacking any real banger tracks.
Enjoyed this album, though it drifted a bit at times. Will check out more Frank Zappa now though!
Pleased to have been introduced to this album! Some lovely tracks and really impressive guitar playing
Album's a bit all over the place, and feels almost novelty at times. But there's some good tracks in amongst it!
Really good album with some iconic tunes. Play it loud!
Surprisingly good.
A good album
Fun enough to tap your foot along to, but gets a bit repetitive by the end.
A couple of highlights, but a bit dreary in the middle.
Really good album, and had sounds spanning from early 70s well into the 80s... But no track was quite good enough to push it up to a 4...
Decent album with a couple of absolute bangers... Legendary guitarist with an iconic riff gets this my first 4 stars!
Not the sound I expect from the Who. Album is ok, but prefer their later stuff.
I had really low expectations, thinking it would be like late beach boys. But how wrong I was! Really enjoyable, if slightly eclectic, album! Only managed disc one so far though.
Music is fine, just what you'd expect from the era.
An enjoyable album, with a few belters in there. Too long though, with a bit of filler.
Truly iconic album.
Started very well, but deteriorated as the album went on.
It is what it is.
Middle of the road, just don't really get why it's in this list.
Very enjoyable album, can see why they toured with Radiohead
Mostly forgettable, but nothing too bad
Decent album that improved as it went on.
Strong album, but no real banger... And I can't stand the last track!
Really cracking album, just skip the last couple of tracks...
Surprisingly good!
Just a bit bland. Would never choose to put it on.
Not a great album, but a few decent tracks dotted about.
Not Metallica's best album by far, but some good tracks.
Very nearly a 5. Every track is a banger, just a little repetitive.
Some really enjoyable tracks, but fades as it goes on.
Strong album throughout
Not bad, considering I don't like hip hop
A fun introduction to the style!
Very solid album, and a new one to me! First few tracks really good.
It's Elvis, it's alright.
This isn't good. Fairly drab pop strewn with unnecessary EDM and eastern twang.
Didn't enjoy this, and some of it is rather egregious.
Had high hopes for this, but is actually quite hard to find much positive to say about it. Annoying vocal, obnoxious lyrics, maybe a couple of backing tracks have a little interest. Most disappointed I've been at an album so far.
Nice blues, would listen again
Nice album
Great chill-out music. Legendary saxophonist!
Not my cup of tea
