But not enough to redeem the majority of the album.

Opens with a banger Tiny Dancer. Nothing after that really made a mark in my memory. I liked the parts with backing vocals.

First time listening to The Velvet Underground. Not very memorable. Probably won't come back.

Nu-metal and rap metal are not my things. Fifteen years ago, when I was starting actively listening to music, I would probably give it a 1 star. Today I was about to give it 2. Just before I did, I wanted to read up a bit more on him, and watched the 1999 Woodstock recording of the bawitdaba. And, damn, how pure it was back then. 90s might have started the downfall of music industry, but were a hell of a decade. Final answer: 3 stars - mostly by the comparison to today's music's lack of authenticity and enthusiasm.

Already had The Weight on few of my playlists, otherwise good, but nothing extraordinary.
