I absolutely do not like The Rolling Stones. I have never liked the Rolling Stones. However, I also had never sat down and listened to this album in total before. Today I did that. I still do not like the Rolling Stones.

To me, it feels like there is a lack of identity here. Had someone played this album for me without telling me what it was, I would not have guessed all these songs were the same band. However, I can't say there were any tracks that I disliked, but I definitely preferred the more synthy/proggy ones. My standouts: School, Dreamer, Rudy

In the 00s, in the midwest where I grew up, if you listened to Common you were cool as hell. I once knew this white dude with dreads that talked about nothing but Common and consciousness-raising rap. He was actually kind of a douche. I just don't mess with white dudes that regularly join local public rap battles. Anyway this album was nice.
