Outstanding production by Booker T. Really a beautiful sounding album.
thought this was a joke at first. sounded like Sgt Pepper on meth.
Good beats, wack lyrics. It's like erkle rapping over dilla.
couldn't tell you where the first song ended or the second song began. felt like one long soothing song.
good beats, no substance. gimme something to sink my teeth into. this is mall store music.
Ducking Stab me in the ears with a #2 pencil. can I give it half a star?
There's a reason you only know the 3 great songs that are on this album. And they are truly great songs. But there are only 3 of them...
though I prefer the Concert in Central Park versions of BoTW and The Boxer, this album is outstanding.
funky and fine. sounds like the era it was made in. my mind took a walk through 70's Harlem while listening to this album.
it's fine background 80's music. nothing stands out. kinda boring, effortless writing...both musically and lyrically.
pretty sure i heard this album at abercrombie & fitch in the 00's. mindless drum machine wanking.
though i prefer the live versions of these songs, this is an outstanding album. as david lee roth once said, "Bob Marley is the sound of white people on vacation."
it's perfect from beginning to end. Dave's soaring screams and outstanding lyrics. Mike's thumping bass and beach boy harmonies, Alex's restless drumming and Eddie's guitar assault. This is the one that declared disco dead and changed the game. =VH= Forever
Soothing with a good mix of tempo changes. Probably my favorite Radiohead album.
if i didn't know better, i'd think this was a greatest hits album. say what you will about them, but U2 has a deep, impressive catalog of smash hits. this album puts me in a good mood whenever i hear it.
i'm sure this is good if you like bluegrass.
not for me, mate. dude just keeps whining...
disco is fun to listen to, and this is one of the best disco albums of all time. enjoy.
ill comm is my favorite BBoys album. put it on, crank it up and get lost in it.
stacked with great songs you already know all the words to. turn it up and sing along!
they spent more time working out the song titles than they did the actual songs.
smooth jams. the lyrics don't do much for me, but toss this on and invite her over for dinner.
if you don't know then your ass better call somebody. this is the most important rap album of the 80's.
chill, unoffensive, grungy rock.
this sucks
mostly annoying
Peak Neil Yound & Crazy Horse!!
classic heavy metal album, with a surpise anthem at the end. it sounds dated now, but you gotta respect it for it's influence on so many bands to come.
