The Cars by The Cars

Catchy, well-crafted pop rock songs. Vocal, guitar, keyboard hooks with steady drums keep it interesting. Great three-song run of classics to open the album. I should learn this album on guitar to increase my skill, some of the leads are super interesting!

Crime Of The Century by Supertramp

Prog-rock that is great with headphones. I was familiar with “Bloody Well Right” and “Dreamer” from the radio, but giving these songs (and the album) full attention made me like them even more. I like how the two singers alternate tracks. The Wurlitzer is featured heavily and I love how these songs always take a different, interesting direction.

Stardust by Willie Nelson

Willie’s songwriting and guitar lines are great. Interesting chord structures and soft, relaxing voice.
