1001 Albums Summary

I don’t know if I like Radiohead or I’m supposed to like Radiohead. I definitely like Radiohead’s earlier music but this album has some good songs.

Just okay for me.

I experimented a lot of his catalog. Interesting but not anything I would listen to regularly.

The Who is just okay for me and this album sounded like Oldies.

Not my style.

Not a Who fan and this just wasn’t good.

Another just okay album. I appreciate the musicianship but overall just not my taste.

This is more my style. I love California punk rock. These are great punk rock songs under 2 minutes

Dylan’s songwriting is often great but Dave a few songs I don’t like him as a singer.

Okay UK Pop

Weird at times but good.

If it was possible to wear out a CD in the 90’s, I probably would have with this one.

In my book, one of the top 10 greatest debut albums of all time.

One of Megadeth’s three best albums. Not all their material is great but this one is very good.

I like alternative but generally not newer alternative like this. Just okay for me.

I do not like The Smiths. Too affected for me.

Classic metal album

I’m mixed on a lot of 90s music and Liz Phair just isn’t my jam.

It’s a rock version of Björk, for better or worse.

Typical Tom Waits. Excellent production, music, and song writing. Questionable singing.

It’s mostly a fun album but I question how it got on this list.

I appreciate her talent, I just do not like this type of music.

Dire Straits is generally under appreciated.

The Cars are decent - not great but good. This album is probably their best.

Rating vs other music is probably a 5 but for the Beatles a 4 for me.

Earlier RHCP is decent. This is probably their best work and nearly everything after is just okay, at best.

A classic classic

Talented but not my style at all.

Fantastic sounding album, especially on vinyl. I just don’t love Steely Dan.

Just okay. Pretty boring.

Classic Radiohead. But not their best. Solid 4.

I do not like this band at all. Plus it’s Rush Limbaugh theme music.

John Lennon is a fantastic song writer. His solo work is a mized bag for me.

I like rock. I like hard rock. I do not like Slipknot.

Kate Bush’s music isn’t for me.
