Heartattack And Vine
Tom WaitsThis album made me feel like I was Brendan Fraiser in the movie “Monkeybone”, which is a very bad thing.

This album gave me the vibes of a guy singing in the corner of a bar. That being said, I would go back to that bar. Also, "The Way Young Lovers Do" was an absolute JAM. I was not expecting a horns section while listening to this album.
The Key Lime pie of albums. The music was refreshing and upbeat, and although I didn't understand a single lyric, I thoroughly enjoyed this album.
It’s Paul McCartney, I mean cmon what else do you need to know?
This may be my bias because this was my senior year and I could think of so many better albums and artists who were putting out music in 2017, but this album had nothing unique or special about it to make this list. Her voice was good but it was nothing mind blowing. I found the album boring and redundant. Overall, this album was not Mika Puff Tee.
I found myself bopping my head to this on my whole drive to work. I don’t usually listen to this kind of music but I really enjoyed the album.
Really enjoyed the first half second half of the album wasn’t as good. After the first three songs I was thinking I was going have to my first 5 but the album as a whole to me is a 3.5
I think the delivery of some of the lines in this album are hilarious. The listen while on a drive made me feel like I was in a spy movie.
I must preface this with I was listening to this album while playing a first person shooter and rap is the exact vibe of what I would want to listen to while gaming, but this album was incredible. Common’s flow is extremely smooth and the beats were consistent with what I would expect from a 2000’s rap album which is exactly what I want. Plus he’s in John Wick.
I am absolutely stumped, some songs were great some were not my jam. It was really good to study to because there’s not really lyrics you have to listen but also I wouldn’t want to listen to this in my free time. This is an enigma of an album for me so I think I have to go 3 but it could go either way depending on what I’m doing while listening.
Eh… this just isn’t the pinnacle of RUN-D.M.C. music to me. I think being a rap fan now make it’s difficult for me to really enjoy the lyrics and style of this era and this kind of album feels dated and dull.

Jazzy and nice. However, nothing really stood out to me and all the songs kind of blended together for me.
I mean it’s good but I wasn’t blown away.
Felt like going to a Highschool’s musical on day 2 when the B team was singing.
I really liked the song Zombie then I felt like I kept listening to it the whole rest of the album.
I had more than a feeling I would like this album when it appeared.
Definitely biased cause I went in already knowing I really like the album, it’s not my perfect Offspring Album because I think the beginning doesn’t start till off as good as it could have but I’d give it a 4.5 if I could.
If my soul could make music it would sound like this.
kind of forgettable, very average maybe slight above, well other than “somebody to love”
Yeah it was vibey
Just a rough listen for me
Just like going to Spanish Mass with mom I did not understand a word but I liked the music 3.5/5
Just boring to me had me yearning to listen to other artists. 2.5
I went in fully expecting for this not to be jam. I found that the guitar playing was fantastic and Ozzys voice to be electrifying. Overall had a great time 4.3/5
I liked the music changes breaking up the style of the album. 3.8/5
Flute. 3.2/5
There was a bit of a lull in the middle of the album for me but it did finish strong and for that 4.1/5
I was not expecting another rendition of “Freddie’s Dead” but here we are 3.4/5
I mean yeah this is right up my alley. 4.2
3.6/5 was different and enjoyable
4.4/5 great for studying
