The Cars by The Cars
Aug 12 2025

I like it! A very impressive debut album for sure, think they're at their best when I can imagine being a car to the song, funnily.

Paul's Boutique by Beastie Boys
Aug 13 2025

This album turned me into a beastie boy fan, golden hip hop stan and forever changed my walking down the street music, hoooly shit. It's a little long and honestly needs a hundred listens to unpack all the lyricism, if you have the attention to trawl through that much of the same delivery - I wouldn't mind though.

Exodus by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Aug 14 2025

Some good tunes, Jammin, Exodus, One Love, Three little birds - nothing to complain about really, I wouldn't listen through the whole thing again though.

The Band by The Band
Aug 18 2025

It's pretty good

The ArchAndroid by Janelle Monáe
Aug 19 2025

Quite good! The first half is great fun with several hooks

Moby Grape by Moby Grape
Aug 20 2025

Really good!

Live / Dead by Grateful Dead
Sep 05 2025

Kind of felt like walking into your local historic instrument shop - least they have the excuse of tuning loudly and not knowing what the other musicians are playing!

Sulk by The Associates
Sep 12 2025
Blue by Joni Mitchell
Sep 23 2025

It was nice, but not the most attention grabbing - perhaps worth listening to in the car again.

Peter Gabriel by Peter Gabriel
Oct 01 2025

Funny, I actually quite enjoyed it - single wasn't the best song for me though (at least for now)

Freak Out! by The Mothers Of Invention
Oct 02 2025

Lots of silliness, but a lot of fun too!

The Colour Of Spring by Talk Talk
Oct 09 2025

Really colourful, very 80's, I'm surprised this isn't bigger!

Moon Safari by Air
Oct 14 2025

Fun, foamy, a good ambient album. Perhaps not distinct enough considering the current state of ambience. But considering it's nearly 40 years ago, that's influential then, right?

The Blueprint by JAY Z
Oct 29 2025

the second biggest fire that weekend

Illinois by Sufjan Stevens
Oct 31 2025
Nov 07 2025

Pretty good! Can definetly see the boring accusations.. but hey, also had some great songs

Timeless by Goldie
Dec 05 2025

Honestly felt a bit trancey, very 90's

Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath
Dec 09 2025

So much quality for a debut!
