Fred Neil by Fred Neil
Sep 13 2025

Not something I would have listened to otherwise, but I'm glad I did. The last Raga is simply lovely

Enjoyable when listening to it, but not something that gives you an urge to repeatedly come back to. Stay With Me is a great song but the album as a whole is not mindblowing. Still, it was a fun listen

Raising Hell by Run-D.M.C.
Sep 15 2025

Good album. Raising Hell is a great song. The album might be historically significant, but it failed to blow my mind. Enjoyable while it lasted, but not gonna be a favourite

Transformer by Lou Reed
Sep 16 2025

Not what I'd usually listen to or enjoy much, but good album within its genre

Tommy by The Who
Sep 18 2025

Brownie points for being the first rock opera, but not as good as Who's Next

The Bends by Radiohead
Sep 19 2025

One of my favourite albums of all time. Obvious 5 stars

The Atomic Mr Basie by Count Basie & His Orchestra
Sep 20 2025

A good album. Nothing special, but still fun to listen

With The Beatles by Beatles
Sep 21 2025

Great album. Had its highs and lows, but overall was fun to listen to. Can see myself coming back

A Wizard, A True Star by Todd Rundgren
Sep 22 2025

Fun album but absurdly long. Yeah, that's all I have to say.

Caetano Veloso by Caetano Veloso
Sep 24 2025

I wanted to like it, but it failed to meet my expectations. Not an outright bad album, just something I'll never listen to again.

Trout Mask Replica by Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band
Sep 25 2025

Simply not for me. Some parts were relatively enjoyable, but the moment you begin to ease in, a cacophony of incoherent noises disturb your peace. The polyrhythms and polytones and all that wankfest doesn't justify calling this music. Its only saving grace is the creative risk it took - pity points for that.

Heroes by David Bowie
Sep 26 2025

Haven't listened to the rest of the Berlin Trilogy yet, but so far so good. Brilliant album with great production (but that is to be expected with almost any Bowie album). PS: The Secret Life Of Arabia is very underappreciated as a song, even though it does feel a bit out of place in the album.

OK Computer by Radiohead
Sep 27 2025

Two Radiohead albums in a week? What an absolute treat! Being one of my favourite albums of all time, this one is a no brainer. Every track is great and fits (even Fitter Happier). A perfect album for any time in my opinion; I don't get why people say it's depressing. Whiny? Yes. Depressing? No, quite the opposite in reality. PS: Contrary to popular opinion, I think Climbing Up The Walls is one of the best tracks on the album, if not the best.

Five Leaves Left by Nick Drake
Sep 28 2025

I didn't like it first listen, but it grew on me on the second listen. I have a feeling I'll come to love it in time. At the moment, I don't think I can give it anything more than three stars.

Hard Again by Muddy Waters
Sep 29 2025

Really fun album. Nothing groundbreaking, but sometimes you just got to have fun and that's all that matters. Isn't something I'd usually listen to, so I'm glad I did.

Pearl by Janis Joplin
Sep 30 2025

Fun album. Talented singer but sometimes it felt like she was doing too much. The band is incredible. I kinda wish the band continued making music.

Ágætis Byrjun by Sigur Rós
Oct 01 2025

If the Aurora Borealis had a soundtrack, this would be it

Feast of Wire by Calexico
Oct 03 2025

Blew my expectations out of the water. I kinda wish there were more tracks with vocals on it though. Apart from that, no complaints.

Paul Simon by Paul Simon
Oct 04 2025

Kinda meh compared to his work with Garfunkel.

Goodbye And Hello by Tim Buckley
Oct 05 2025

A couple of great tracks and great vocals. I like Jeff's work more, but you can tell that Jeff has taken some inspiration from Tim's vocals. A pity Tim left him at such a young age. A solid Dream Brother/10

My Generation by The Who
Oct 06 2025

It's their debut album and it shows. Out of their albums I've already listened to, Who's Next and Tommy are much better than this one. Not bad, just bang average

Be by Common
Oct 07 2025

Neither do I listen to a lot of hip-hop in general nor do I have a PhD in Mathematics, but man, this is good. Incredible production and great rapping. Made my day

Oct 08 2025

Real good flow. That's about the only good thing I can say about this album. It started out fun, but got old real quick. Half the songs sound the same. I don't even want to address the lyrics on some tracks or Ice's hypocrisy. I had high hopes as it is considered a classic, but it failed to impress and that's going to hurt the rating.

Oct 09 2025

Made me get back with my Ex. Lost my 3125 day No fap challenge streak. Bankrupted myself paying child support. On the bright side, atleast I didn't get it in November.

Siamese Dream by The Smashing Pumpkins
Oct 11 2025

Easy 5 stars. Was already a favourite
