1001 Albums Summary

It works as a film soundtrack type of album, or an audiobook telling a story. But I find rap hard to listen to for its sheer repetition.

This starts off ok but deteriorates into mediocre plodding rock.

Good vintage key sounds. Boring songs.

A bunch of radio songs about love. Well done. Sound is basic, but it’s 1963!

Nothing really wrong with it, but it’s very unexciting. Vocals annoy.

Top drawer classic rock. Great vocals and guitar sound.

Makes all the right classic rock sounds of the era, but it’s a boring plodder compared to the best of that era.

Not too bad. Reasonably enjoyable but I’m not sure if I’d listen to it again.
