1001 Albums Summary

War Pigs into Paranoid is such a strong start to the album. The blues instrumental in Planet Caravan is hypnotic. Iron Man is a 10 out of 10 metal song. Very top-heavy album, but even though the second half isn't as strong, it is stronger than most others in the genre.

First two songs were very samey and blended into one - zoned out while listening. Personal Jesus is famous for a reason; it is a great song. Halo was a bit back to the first two. Waiting for the night is a change of pace - definitely for the better. Enjoy the Silence is the best song on the album. I was not captured by this album at all and won't be listening again.
