Enjoyed that was more than expected.

As someone who finds Fast Car grating I was expecting to dislike this but it was engaging. A beautiful voice and lyrics as relevant now as ever.

Not bad but I found it impenetrable, doubt I'll be returning.

Boring boring boring

Not my usual cup of tea but I found this to be a very enjoyable listen. Title track is a masterpiece.

A bit meh bar the odd track, maybe I'll enjoy Astral Weeks more

Started strong but began to drag. Horrible man.

Just What I Needed is the only thing preventing a ⭐ here. Maybe the years have not been kind to this record but it feels like it's bordering on parody at times.

Why, god, why?

An album which was foundational to my music tastes. Perfect from begining to end and it seems to have got better over the years.

Second ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ album on the bounce. What an absolute gorgeous album, a work of art.

The 3 big singles hold up as perfect pop songs but the rest of the album hasn't aged all that well for me.

I expected this to be a bit of a slog and BOY was I wrong

Why was I under the impression this guy was around in the 70s or something? Anyway, meh.

I thought I disliked jazz. Apparently I just disliked bad jazz.

Not as good as Funeral or The Suburbs but a mighty fine record by one of the best bands of their generation. Pity Win is a bit of a prick.

A little bit meh but a a huge amount better than most of the dross they've released since.
