Ten by Pearl Jam
Jan 05 2026

Never spent time listening to pearl jam. Really strong album to start with and flows nicely from song to song. Will relisten to pay closer attention to.

Tea for the Tillerman by Cat Stevens
Jan 06 2026

I'm really enjoying the drums and pianos on this one. The ending is abrupt and made me think the app crashed both times I listened to it though. Catching themes of living and dying and being where you want to be.

To Pimp A Butterfly by Kendrick Lamar
Jan 07 2026

NOW I RUN THE GAME GOT THE WHOLE WOLRD TALKING KING KUNTA. I knew most of the album in isolation but dedicating time to the collective was needed. You can feel his passion for his faith and what he wants to convey in each song. I has the passion of betrayal that I don't know how he gets the shakeyness in his voice.

Africa Brasil by Jorge Ben Jor
Jan 08 2026

Really fun listen for not know a word he's saying. Good turn off the brain and have a good time album.

Live At Leeds by The Who
Jan 09 2026

Need to listen closely over the weekend but was liking the guitar licks not so much the commentary.

Graceland by Paul Simon
Jan 11 2026

This feels like a traveling album. Like something that'd be in the secret life of Walter mitty in his Montague. This was a bubbly happy go lucky listen. The background vocals add to the feeling

Jan 11 2026

I enjoyed the pacing of the period I didn't think there is any parts that dragged on, when he picked up speed and when he slowed the songs down each time felt appropriate. I thought his voice was a little quiet on the first lesson on second listen I realized that it doesn't subtract anything from having his voice being quiet it blends really well with the volume of the horns and the drums brass but I think everything ties in really well together.

Cosmo's Factory by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Jan 13 2026

I miss when songs were 4-5 minutes. The guitar licks and the drums were unstoppable.

Heavy Weather by Weather Report
Jan 14 2026

Not a bad album by any mean but not my preference. It could be study music but probably something I won't revisit. The drumsand flute (I think) were very pretty to listen to.

Jan 15 2026

This one's note for me. The vocals our drowned out and it's just yelling and not much singing. The melodies are just loop. I'm thinking how did this one make the list.

Aqualung by Jethro Tull
Jan 17 2026

Liked most of it. Need to finish

Trans Europe Express by Kraftwerk
Jan 18 2026

Yes that was a weird one to put on the list. Not for me

It's A Shame About Ray by The Lemonheads
Feb 03 2026

A lot of the songs sounded the same. Not a bad thing since it flowed well but not a strong listen.

KIWANUKA by Michael Kiwanuka

Nebraska by Bruce Springsteen

Underwhelming honestly. I didn't like it as I thought I would based on the general cult following Coldplay gets.

Mar 01 2026

This an album demanding to be listened to in 1 sitting. Loved it

Hotel California by Eagles
Mar 16 2026

Classic. Didn't realize some of the bangers on this record.

Back In Black by AC/DC
May 08 2026

Just puts you in a energized mood.

S&M by Metallica
May 26 2026

A whole experience of an album
