Superunknown by Soundgarden
Jan 07 2026

Cornell’s voice combined with the sludge of the rhythm section and the technicality of the guitars put this album on another level. Perfect album, and a great intro to anyone looking to get into grunge

Come Away With Me by Norah Jones
Jan 08 2026

This album is not what I usually listen to. But it is very relaxing and subtly technical. And Jones’s voice is magnificent.

Melodrama by Lorde
Jan 09 2026

Surprisingly I enjoyed this album a lot, great range between upbeat dancey songs and slower introspective songs. The production on the album is very good, lots of very enjoyable beats. Not perfect but damn close

Queen II by Queen
Jan 12 2026

Good transitions between songs, I like the ability for the band to have a slow song and then into a ripping song, enjoyable listen but not my favorite Queen album

She's So Unusual by Cyndi Lauper
Jan 13 2026

A good combination of rock and synth pop, the synths do are very nice to listen to, and Lauper has a great sound, some of the songs are just duds lyrically though. Still a fun album that doesn’t take itself too seriously it seems

Slippery When Wet by Bon Jovi
Jan 15 2026

It’s an alright album, I do like the guitar work and obviously the hits are good, some of the other songs are lacking in substance, pretty generic 80s rock tbh

Daydream Nation by Sonic Youth
Jan 19 2026

I have listened multiple times, it’s a perfect album.
