Fetch The Bolt Cutters by Fiona Apple

fetch the boltcutters: have to be in an extremely fragile mental state to listen to this album and enjoy it. between the animal noises, the jarring repetition, the absence of real singing, and the lack of any flow whatsoever, this album was almost a 1 from me. it gained a two for being somewhat catchy at times and probably having an interesting message ( i was too busy cringing to figure out what it was). i would revisit this album if i needed something to send me into a spiraling rage. would not recommend to a mentally stable person, or a mentally unstable person either for that matter.

Abraxas by Santana
Apr 06 2026

groovy I enjoyed, but probably wouldn’t choose to listen to it again fav songs- el nicoya, mother’s daughter, oye como va

Hot Fuss by The Killers
Apr 07 2026

not for me the lyrics were uncreative and forced, his voice is annoying, and overall just not my fav

Parachutes by Coldplay
Apr 08 2026

Could have been worse From the extremely polarized reviews I saw, I was convinced this would be a hit or a massive miss. It wasn’t either. I enjoyed the first few songs, but after that they started to blend together. It wasn’t awful, though, which was better than I was expecting.

My Aim Is True by Elvis Costello
Apr 09 2026

twas alright all of the songs kinda sounded the same, but I enjoyed nonetheless

Hotel California by Eagles
Apr 10 2026

Thoroughly enjoyed. I put off listening this album for such a long time because of the false notion that it would be a bore. I was pleasantly surprised, I don’t really have anything bad to say about it

Green Onions by Booker T. & The MG's
Apr 12 2026

what a funky little album.

Pet Sounds by The Beach Boys
Apr 12 2026

it has such a lovely vibe my favs are let’s go away for awhile and you still believe in me

Porcupine by Echo And The Bunnymen
Apr 13 2026

ok, this wasn’t a bad album. that being said, it was a chore to get through and sounded like vampire music.

The Clash by The Clash
Apr 14 2026

Soo incredibly repetitive, lyrics are quite uncreative and bland, and it all started to blend together. All of that out of the way, it wasn’t completely terrible; the songs were a good length, and the overall vibe could’ve been worse. Fav song: career opportunities- It had a certain spice that I didn’t hear anywhere else on the album

Two Dancers by Wild Beasts
Apr 15 2026

it had a flow to it that i’m not accustomed to listening to, but it wasn’t by any means unenjoyable. deep and enthralling. my favorite songs were this is our lot and underbelly

Risque by CHIC
Apr 16 2026

struggled through the longer songs, but it had its good moments.

Life's Too Good by The Sugarcubes
Apr 17 2026

first DNF. i simply could not fathom the thought of listening to 55 whole minutes of this.

Purple Rain by Prince
Apr 18 2026

Electric and smooth but made me extremely uncomfy. It’s good until you realize that Prince is quite freaky. My favorite part was the bit at the end of Let’s Go Crazy. Also, the song Purple Rain gets old real fast.

Marquee Moon by Television
Apr 19 2026

This is a sturdy album and I have nothing bad to say about it. I probably would listen to again.

Apr 20 2026

Tough to finish. Overall, it was good, but there were just some tracks that I really struggled to fight through (cough cough The Home Front). It would be good background music, just maybe not something I would sit down and give my full attention to. Greetings to the New Brunette was my favorite track.

The Predator by Ice Cube
Apr 22 2026

DNF. was really catchy and all but if you’re so uncreative that you have to use the f-bomb every 3.5 seconds, maybe you should pursue another profession.

The White Album by Beatles
Apr 25 2026

no complaints other than the fact that it was extraordinarily too long fav song: honey pie

Ramones by Ramones
Apr 27 2026

the songs were short and snappy, which I appreciated, but they all sounded the same and were so incredibly repetitive.

Moon Safari by Air
Apr 28 2026

This album feels like getting abducted by a ufo, but ultimately being at peace with it. A little odd, but great background music to do your APGOV vocab terms to fav track- talisman

This Is Fats Domino by Fats Domino
Apr 29 2026

This is probably a me problem, but I scoured apple music for this album and couldn’t find it. I did listen to a few of his other songs, though, and he is obviously very talented with a super fun vibe to his music.

Trans Europe Express by Kraftwerk
Apr 30 2026

must be in a very obscure mood to enjoy this album, and i fear i wasn’t in it.

To Pimp A Butterfly by Kendrick Lamar
May 02 2026

DNF. really good music, i’m just not going to listen to an album where every single song is explicit.

Private Dancer by Tina Turner
May 03 2026

not something i would choose to listen to again, but funky and easy to listen to

Led Zeppelin III by Led Zeppelin

Solid album. There’s a good mix of mellow and wack, with something to like about every song. Favorite tracks- Since I’ve Been Loving You and Tangerine

Viva Hate by Morrissey

overwhelmingly mediocre
