Pearl by Janis Joplin
May 04 2026

soo good. 8/10

Pornography by The Cure
May 05 2026

classic cure, true essence of boyhood in this album. upon a re listen im sure the lyrics will reveal themselves better. shoegazey, timeless, a greatly grungy and dirty album made for walking about

Metallica by Metallica
May 06 2026

such a classic in a literal sense. It is so clear how much inspiration this album drew for so many young musicians, myself included however little i contributed to the band. crashing highs, and satisfactory lows blend amazingly with the harmonies in every track. truly something special, yet the only word that comes to mind to define this album in two words is "chudlife" or even "step dad". epitome of epic solos and riffs. 3.5, rounding up for nostalgia factor.

Grace by Jeff Buckley
May 08 2026

obvi great but idk why i avoid this album at all costs... weirdly unrelatable genre?

May 09 2026

a classic male manipulator album i could relisten to countless times. enjoyable and nostalgic in a way that im sure has been lamented on in countless reviews.

Deja Vu by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young
May 10 2026

very enjoyable boomer classic

The Renaissance by Q-Tip
May 11 2026

totally passable as a pharrel tape, but unique enough to be its own mastapeece

May 12 2026

dude no, i really wanted to like this but its really annoying

May 14 2026

i wish i knew how to yap about albums to help effectively describe this album as something other than the soundtrack to two dental hygenists getting married. clocks and scientist are the most tolerable as cultural phenomena, yet through the lens of my own listen through, i couldn't fully get into this radiohead copy. As if thom yorke gave every throwaway from the bends to chris martin and yassified it

Cosmo's Factory by Creedence Clearwater Revival
May 18 2026

describe in what way this is not ska for boomers? other: a clear rebuttal to the times, rock and roll roots, americana distilled

We Are Family by Sister Sledge
May 19 2026

a huge aspect of my familys favorite albums. although memories of this album are usually clouded by bad memories, the funk, cadence, and tone is an essential 70s album. truly good, painfully catchy.

Dare! by The Human League
May 22 2026

consistent 80s synth new wave that doesnt necessarily break ground for me, but has given me some additions that are fun, light, and *just* the right amt of 80s corny

The Clash by The Clash
May 23 2026

feels like i need to wear a leather jacket to listen to this. other: great fun listen

Eliminator by ZZ Top
May 25 2026

ughhhhhhhhh fine i guess. the album cover alone broooo so chud

Catch A Fire by Bob Marley & The Wailers
May 26 2026

i can see how marleys reggae stands out, with some songs adding new textures. really enjoyed this one

The ArchAndroid by Janelle Monáe
May 28 2026

very grand soundscape reaching out to probably every (?) genre yet is somehow as cohesive and accesible as a single genre/texture album. Not necessarily my taste, but Oh, Maker stood out to me as a clear indication of how talented this musician really is.
