Metallica by Metallica

I understand why it’s influential and good but at this point in my life it just sounds like the nonsense I’d hear from a motorcycle bar or mechanic shop

Loved the album. Otis Redding has always been a favorite of mine but for one reason or another this album got pushed to the side. Glad I finally finished it

Sticky Fingers by The Rolling Stones
Jun 19 2026

It really interprets the era of rock and roll quite well. While not as high energy as other bands it really shows how the influence of drugs shaped the era.

Out Of The Blue by Electric Light Orchestra
Jun 20 2026

Really impressive album never knew what this group had to offer but I’m glad I listened

Debut by Björk
Jun 21 2026

I listened to it a few times and unfortunately I feel like I was missing something. It never really clicked for me.

Appetite For Destruction by Guns N' Roses
Jun 23 2026

It completely encompasses what it was like to be a rock band of the time. There’s an element of lawlessness that completely comes through in the album.

Arise by Sepultura

Metallica by Metallica
Jun 28 2026

I understand why it’s influential and good but at this point in my life it just sounds like the nonsense I’d hear from a motorcycle bar or mechanic shop

Groovin' by The Young Rascals
Jul 02 2026

Another classic in its own space. Never had the pleasure of listening to it on my own.”Groovin” has definitely been a few movies I’ve watched before.

Triangle by The Beau Brummels
Jul 05 2026
Woodface by Crowded House
Jul 06 2026

Absolutely not what I thought this album would be. Added it to my library after listening.

Aqualung by Jethro Tull
Jul 07 2026

I can see the vision but it just doesn’t feel fully fleshed out yet

Exile In Guyville by Liz Phair
Jul 08 2026

Not exactly what I gravitate towards but the album does touch on certain double standards and woman’s issues which was quite eye opening

Here Are the Sonics by The Sonics
Jul 09 2026

The album is good but it gets a bit repetitive for my taste after a few songs. Overall I think it’s still worth listening to.

Horses by Patti Smith
Jul 10 2026

The album was pretty good and a few songs stuck out but it’s unfortunately too long for my taste

Rio by Duran Duran
Jul 11 2026

Classic 80’s album with some hits that still hold up to this day

What's Going On by Marvin Gaye
Jul 14 2026

Classic album by Marvin Gaye. It’s almost like his diary where he express his view of the world

Live / Dead by Grateful Dead
Jul 17 2026

I get why people followed the bad doing acid with them

Pearl by Janis Joplin
Jul 18 2026
Aftermath by The Rolling Stones
Jul 22 2026

I’m starting to get why old heads always praise the Rolling Stones

A Short Album About Love by The Divine Comedy
Jul 24 2026

Funny and entertaining but still good enough to be taken seriously

Jazz Samba by Stan Getz
Jul 25 2026

Added to the collection. Beautiful jazz album for a beginner

Oar by Alexander 'Skip' Spence
