songs i like: 1 - like the baseline 2 - absolute banger, love the guitar in the beat 3 - not bad, some corny lyrics but good flow 4 - great, good storytelling 5 - solid track, good hook too. 6 - solid track, drake verse was the highlight by far tho wth. 7 - highlight so far. amazing flows, cool beat. 8 - goes incredibly hard, great hype song. Great beat switch / 2nd half too. 9 - absolute banger - already know and love this song. 10 - great storytelling and lyrics. not for easy listening! 11 - decent - not fave. Hook a wee bit annoying. Grew on me though. 12 - strong ending, grand beat. feels like victory lap. Never listened to a full Kendrick album but i do get it, although rap isnt always my favourite. Good variety of beats but its the flows and storytelling that gets me. Felt like I was there myself growing up in compton with him. Few songs I'll defo come back to as well. 9/10

1. Great opener, catchy guitar riff. Fun song! 2. Funky and chaotic - enjoyable. Sounds like a panic attack in a good way. 3. Can't remember - not too memorable 4. Another fun and panicky song. Enjoy his oscillating vocal tone here. 5. Fun song again, not quite hitting the same however. album feels a wee bit samey. 6. Overall enjoyable. like the clear guitar riff. can see myself listening to again. 7. Instrumental sounds like a Madness song - don't mind it though! 8. Enjoy guitar work, catchy riff too. Not a massive standout. 9. Another decent song - not a highlight overall. 10. Enjoyed the slower paced song here. catchy chorus. enjoyable. 11. One of my favourites from the album. Has a country desert vibe. Never been massively into talking heads, but I did enjoy this. Album sounded like a panic attack (in a good way?). Very manic. Only issue is i feel the album sounded REALLY similar in a lot of ways. Not bad though 7.1/10

1. Absolute classic, iconic chorus. Immense album opener. 2. Enjoyed too. Nice piano ballad with classic Bowie twist. Strong. 3. Nice wee song - didn't really pick up though. Felt like an interlude. 4. Another all time classic, great! Chorus will be stuck in head all day. 5. Cute little song, almost nursery rhymey. Enjoyed! 6. Enjoyed this song - quite explosive 7. Another cutsey love song, fan of it for sure. Not the stuff I'd usually listen to. 8. Wtf was he on when he made this! It's fun, similar to some Syd Barrett stuff. 9. Another fun wee song (sensing a theme here). Can see how songs like Starman came not long after this. 10. Enjoyed this one. Good delivery and fun guitar riff. Playful. 11. Banger. Love the lyrics and vocal delivery. Maybe my favourite apart from the big 2. Great closer. Overall a great album - first Bowie one I've listened to back to back. 8.0/10

1. Fun little tune. Enjoy the driving, thumping beat a lot. Bit trip hop ish. 2. Another really fun tune - bass is so grimy. Catchy again, good beat. 3. Same as before - catchy, great beat, love to wee harmonica line. 4. Quite a creepy song - both the vibes and haunting vocals. In the best way, sounds like something from a haunted house mario level. 5. 10/10 banger we already know this! Iconic! Outro too long tho... 6. Cool beat, this one doesn't quite hit the same overall however. 7. Really good, fun, high energy wee track. 8. Nothing spectacular, but another solid enjoyable track. 9. funky ahh beat. Sounds like that goofy frog music. Saying this, it does slap though. 10. Fun funky wee hip hop track. Enjoyed the horns and beat. 11. Certified banger (10/10). What a tune. 12. Really nice track, paves the way for all the world influences seen in later gorillaz albums. 13. Maybe my least favourite so far. Doesn't really go anywhere, not as big a fan of the vocals. 14. Decent wee track. Catchy, enjoy the wind sounds in the background. 15. Decent song - does pick up tbf. Found intro a tad annoying though.

1. Pretty wee opener. Looking forward to album. 2. Interesting little tune. sounds like something medevil at points? 3. Great song. Thought it may be a bit goofy at first but by the end I loved it. 4. Jesus man. Almost had me in tears. Great song, but heavy listening for the office. 5. Good song. Love how it builds up and progresses. 6. Interlude. Nice strings. 7. Another cute little song. Liked the banjo a lot here, catchy. 8. 6 second interlude (accordion?) 9. Well made song. Nice production, quite grand. 10. Another nice wee song. Prefer the more stripped back songs off of this album. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. 16. 17. 18. 19. 20. 21. 22. Didn't finish the album in the end - quite a lot for a Monday in the office! Enjoyed decently from what I've heard though.

Really really enjoyed. Never given bossa nova a shot before but it was enjoyable. Didn't like all the songs, but a couple real standouts. Chill vibes throughout.

Wasn't convinced at the start but it really grew on me. A few duds but it's outweighed by the bangers. Forest gump, crack rock, lost, pyramids all highlights.
