The White Album
BeatlesThis album is very long! And 90% of it is my favorite music of all time. The other 10% inspired some of the most horrific murders of all time. You win some you lose some.

Love Marvin Gaye, love his voice, but this album is extraordinarily repetitive
The name of the band in conjunction with the album title made me laugh and the actual music radiates joy. Weirdly reminds me of The Rolling Stones. Highly enjoyable.
A classic album from the early aughts. Their hits somehow never get old.
How Can You Mend a Broken Heart is a classic and I really loved every song that followed it. I don’t know why these goofy voices are so enjoyable but they are.
Heads Will Roll - best song of all time? Dull Life, Runaway, Hysteric, and Little Shadow all great
It’s good! It’s funky!
Obviously Bob

Theremin out the gate! Each song on its own has a good chill vibe, but to listen to straight through was too much. Put me in a trancelike state, and I mean that in a bad way. Still has my respect though.

I personally hate the summertime blues song because I was forced to sing it over and over in elementary school. Other than that this band kind of rules. I had never heard of them but apparently they kind of started heavy metal. I probably won’t listen to this album much but I respect it. Talented musicians and all that. The drum solo and bass line in Second Time Around are fun.
Not bad but not my fave. If I’m going to listen to music like this I’m going to reach for a different album. It’s fine. Don’t love his vibrato.
90s goodness. I’ve heard of this band but never actually listened to their music. I love it!

Scottish 90s dream pop? I had a headache today and this music healed it.
A lot of hits!
This cd is long and I can see why my mother banned it from the car. Two songs made me laugh out loud literally, some obvious classics from my youth, and a lot of songs I’ll never listen to again. Not my fave but I feel compelled to respect this ridiculous band because of my childhood. But not TOO much respect.
I liked the music but can only handle one song at a time, not a whole album. Not their fault.
Loved his voice, loved the instrumentation or whatever it’s called. Too sleepy for an everyday album but good for some easy listening on the right day.
Really good stuff from Loretta. Some real bangers but also some snoozes.
Never heard of them but I loved it.
The band rocks but I don’t love the vocals. An interesting voice that I can only handle a little bit of at a time. I liked the last song “Jenny” though.
The Clash are such a weird band and I love them.
Big band Afro-Cuban jazz! Truly enjoyable.
Happy, easy listening. Good for the background of another activity.
When this album is quiet I love it and when it gets loud I stop loving it. Loved the first song with my whole heart though. Broken Heart and Cool Waves were also gorgeous. It’s obnoxious to say but it felt very Lynchian to me!
Shining Star and Reasons are so great. The whole album is just right on. Even the album cover is perfect.
Every song sounds the same, but honestly, I liked the vibe.
I can see why people like this, but I am not those people. Maybe I’m old now but this is definitely the “noise” and “racket” that people have been complaining about through the years. The first song had a mini song in it that I liked. I truly didn’t hate the album but I didn’t like it. Giving it two stars because at this point I’m pretty confused about ratings if I’m being honest.
Really good! Kind of a strange mashup of country/acid trip/Beatles/bob dylan but ultimately very enjoyable.
Maxwell has a great voice but this music is too chill for me to listen to without getting sleepy. Appreciate his whole deal though. I’m just a sleepy person.
Really good 60s vibe
More Beatles-y than I expected. I liked approximately 60% of the album, but Sunny Afternoon is one of my all time favorite songs.
Listened to this on the right day with the right mood. ‘Twas kismet.
Never heard of this band but they are a new favorite. Death Cabbish but slightly grungier.
Bummertown, USA. I love depressing music but this was intolerable sludge.
Gorgeous. I was sleepy and this was a blissful listen.
Really really good. Oh Yoko and I Don’t Wanna be a Soldier were a bit too repetitive for me, and I’ve heard Imagine so many times I could scream, but I gotta give it up because it’s a great song.
A classic album from the early aughts. Their hits somehow never get old.
Perfect as expected
Digsy’s Dinner and Married with Children were fun, and the rest of the songs weren’t bad exactly, but I found it irritating to listen to.
How Can You Mend a Broken Heart is a classic and I really loved every song that followed it. I don’t know why these goofy voices are so enjoyable but they are.
Loved most of it. The baby crying was absolute torture though. And the parts of songs that were just kind of noise? No thanks. But his voice is perfect and, for the most part, the songs made me feel like I was in a dream.
A classic. Every song is good.
Some really good songs but each one was too long? So it kind of dragged. But I liked it.
My fave.
So many classics!
Saaaaaad but I love. Three of my favorite songs of all time so I’m gonna have to go five stars.
Will always love this album
