Either Or
Elliott SmithIt's melancholic and comforting at the same time. I've never heard anything by Elliot Smith until now, and I'm glad I got to listen to something so beautiful.

Not the Stones' best work, but nevertheless a great album and good example of the 60's sound.
It's weird, it's surreal, it's touching, it's wonderful. Brian Eno is a thoroughly talented artist and those talents are on full display here.
From the golden age of country. This is an absolute classic from a time when the wild west dominated entertainment.
I'm not a fan of Bob Dylan or the acoustic, folky sound. However, this album has grown on me somewhat. It's decent and you can't deny the influence and importance of Dylan's work.
I came not expecting much. I haven't listened to much Lorde, but wow. This album is one of the deepest and most touching pop records out there.
I wanted to like this album so much. The instruments and the flow of the music were gorgeous, but I just couldn't stand the singing. In most songs, Beck seems disinterested in his own music.
A pure delight of a record from a truly unique artist. This album is one of the best of its time and still is a joy to listen to today
One of the Stones' deepest albums, both musically and emotionally.
Coming from one of the most influential hip hop groups of all time, this album is at the very least a top ten hip hop album of all time. Along with De La Soul, A Tribe Called Quest invented the acid jazz sound.
I had never even heard of this band before this. While sparse at times, this is still a solid piece of what you could call ambient rock. Has a perfect vibe for putting on as background music.
Good album, but kind of average, nothing really stands out.
I can see that this is an influential early punk project, and the live aspect does help increase the energy. However, the whole thing is poorly put together; even the mixing is just plain terrible on some tracks
This album has beautiful music and instrumentals. It's almost ethereal. However, Björks strange, offbeat singing completely kills the mood.
Surprisingly well put together, but the lyrics could use some work.
Relentless is a good word for this album. While slightly repetitive, it's filled with head thrashing bangers that anyone could get behind.
I wasn't expecting much from a Wu-tang member about a decade from the group's peak to release something this great. It's cinematic, perfectly produced, the beats and flows are on point. This might just be one of the best albums of the early 2000's.

This seems pretty generic and uninspired. There are barely any professional reviews on it either.
It gets choppier and choppier as the album progresses, but the songs get better as well. Still don't get the hype for Beck though; some songs sound like what I used to do on GarageBand on my mom's iPhone.
Did I just hear the n-word?
Something very different from what I'm used to when it comes to pop, and that's a good thing. This is definitely something you need to experience before you die
Very similar to Can's Future Days. This is something to leave on in the background, nothing more.
This is a nice album, but simply not something you have to hear before you die.
A great album for all synth pop and 80s fans. The couple middle tracks are the best, but the beginning and end is somewhat lackluster
This album in particular is so immensely influential, you can hear it from the very start. The influence can still be heard in music released nowadays. It's noisy, unrelenting, and unapologetically experimental.
You can see the influence of Can or even Tortoise here, but eventually you'll grow tired of 20 minute songs.
It starts off sounding like every sitcom soundtrack from the era, but ends up being pretty interesting.
LSD does wonders.
It's just bongos??? There's some other instruments I guess, but yeah. It's too many bongos.
Wow, this is solid 😝🤘
Folk is one of my least favorite genres, but this isn't bad
You can't go wrong with Ella Fitzgerald. However, this actually isn't an album
The songs are great but they seem a little to stretched out and repetitive.
