1001 Albums Summary

Not very punk in my opinion, almost pop music. All got very samey but not terrible either.

Really liked it, was much better than I expected! I'll definitely listen to it again.

Some really good songs. Some OK songs. And some really bad songs that almost ruin the whole thing. Wish I could give 3.5 but can't so 3.

Very chilled, some songs a bit too long. Liked every song except the last one... Which was so out of place from the rest of the album.

Musically very good. Not sure about the singer. Her voice suits the style and the music. Really good, love the quirky nature of it.

This isn't music. It's art. And while I respect the art and the artist. It really isn't for me.

It's cool. Very cool. Chilled but it's so laid back it makes me sleepy. Almost like a lullaby. Needed something up tempo midway through. Became a bit of a slog towards the end.

This is like listening to a manic Street Preachers tribute act but they've forgotten how to play their instruments. One good song.

It's good but it meanders and doesn't really seem to know where to go. This album is the drunk man lost in a city he's never been to.

Sounds like one of those bands you see at 3pm at a local music festival when you've had one too many beers.

Some great, some good and a few bad. It's a very well known and famous album that honestly doesn't live up to the hype that surrounds it. It would be ignored if it were released today.

If the intention was to tap over a chill compilation from the 90s then it's a success. Boring.

Not usually my kinda thing but this was great. Loved it.

Some brilliant songs on here and some average. It seems to jump all over the place in genre and pace and the direction of the album as a whole just feels off. It's ok/good.

Such variety but such familiarity as well.. just listening is like biting into a juicy, fresh and delicious slice of heaven. Would definitely listen again and I'm looking forward to hearing more from this artist!

There's some brilliant musical ability on show... But sadly it's so disjointed. Did they randomly pick songs up off the floor and call it an album? Something good here... But it's hiding somewhere.

Awful. Terrible. Literally the worst thing I've ever had the displeasure to be exposed to. Sounds like a bunch of crap songs Pulp decided were too shit to continue working on. Wish I could give this a zero.

I honestly expected better. One good song and the others sound like the background music for an art display.

The rolling stones just aren't for me ... I don't get why anyone wants to listen to some British guys doing American rock n roll.. it's like a bad cover band. No thx.
