love the use of flute/lead synths doing little licks lots of funk grooves easy to vibe to

this album is just fun to listen to

I can see how it may have influenced a lot of music I like, but the riffs are often overly repetitive and the solos tend to go on far too long. Most of the album sounds the same, especially in terms of dynamics. The one exception to this is When A Blind Man Cries, which really stands apart from the rest of the songs and was the highlight of the album for me.
