It's like Green Day from the past. I did check out their later albums and liked them better, but it's interesting to see how basic punk hasn't changed much from these roots.
The music is quite nice, gives me post-rock vibes. The lyrics are interesting, but the lead singer's voice can be irritating. Always sounds like he's straining.
Maybe I'm biased since I heard so many of these songs growing up, but I really liked this one even though I don't usually like live albums. I did go through Sam Cooke's discography after and enjoyed most of it.
I was already a fan of this one, but I hadn't heard the whole album in a while. I had thought The Suburbs was my favorite Arcade Fire album, but I think I was mistaken. This one is a near masterpiece.
Some nice chill tunes, but overall it doesn't excite me much.
Pretty classic rock and roll. They could go pretty hard with a piano!
Not really my taste, but interesting to listen to once. Kinda feels like a musical at some parts.
A bit generic for me, but pretty nice.
A surprisingly chill album from the Rolling Stones. It's nice!
Catchy in some parts, good beats. Gets repetitive sometimes
Solsbury Hill is so good. The rest of the album feels a bit experimental to me, but I'm glad to have heard it.
An unpleasant listening experience. This is the kind of music I would play to someone if I was torturing them. I guess some people could see this as art, and at least it's different. I couldn't tell that this was made in 1977, it could have just as easily been made today.
It's difficult to give this an unbiased review because I used to listen to this album repeatedly in college. I still think it's great
Sounds like Sonic the Hedgehog 3, in a good way
Not mind-blowing but pleasant enough

It all sounds the same, but it's a nice listen.
I wasn't sure what to expect given the title. It was an interesting listen, not something I'd return to though.
Pretty generic and boring really.
Hard to be unbiased when I've already heard and liked the album, but it's a great one in my opinion!
When I heard the first song, I thought the album was going to be pretentious garbage. Turns out that it was just generic loops. There are some decent concepts here, but most of it is overlong. I agree with another reviewer that stated that it sounds like someone's first day with FL studio.
Decent background music for getting work done. Much better than some of the other electronic albums on the list.

Didn't really know what to expect having heard only the hits. I think they should have selected a handful of the best songs rather than overload the album. I found their quieter songs to be the better ones, while the "heavy" ones didn't work for me from this band .
Very experimental. Perhaps it was influential at the time of its release, but I don't think I'll be listening to this one again.
Better than a lot of the other electronic albums on this list. Doesn't get too repetitive and songs don't overstay their welcome. I think Original is my favorite track, although I was enjoying it more before the vocals kicked in.
Not really my thing, but it does what it says on the tin.
Not my favorite Radiohead album, but a good one.
This album does not put its best foot forward with the first song, but after that I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. I like the instrumental interludes.
This is not something that I would seek out, but it was worth a listen. Willie uses good storytelling techniques to keep you listening, and it all sounds pleasant enough.
I feel like all of their songs sound the same. Not bad, just meh. Nothing stands out here.
The fact that I know half of these songs already over 50 years after this album's release shows just how many classic hits it contains.
Generic, inoffensive.
I would say that it's well executed, but it gets a bit repetitive. I feel like most country songs are by men, so it was interesting to hear a woman's perspective in this genre.
I feel like this is background music. Not unpleasant, but not something that grabs my attention. My grandfather listened to this sort of stuff
Rocks pretty hard in some spots. Enjoyable, and I may give it another listen in future.
Reading the reviews, I didn't realize that Coldplay was so polarizing! This review is through nostalgia goggles as I used to listen to this album regularly in college. I am quite fond of The Scientist, Clocks, and Green Eyes, but the rest of the album doesn't grab me as much as it used to. The Scientist is one of a handful of songs I can play on guitar, so it has a special place in my heart.
Equate brand David Bowie
Surprised this was from 1988, it sounds ahead of its time.
Decent variety, but not memorable
Nothing jumps out to me here. If you told me it was Alanis Morissette I would believe you
Many of these songs were irritating
