Brothers
The Black KeysIt's fine if you like every song to have the exact same sound. Lyrics are generally good and enjoyable. Will probably listen again.... But not for a while and not until I need a fix of their brand of that sound

Good variety in sounds with an overall consistency. Would say it's "pop rock" not deep lyrically imo but not offensive.
Lots of solid tracks for a variety of moods and feelings. Some earworms, some forgettable songs. Overall enjoyed, but wish it felt more cohesive rather than just a collection of songs.
Really enjoyed this album, it has a good mix of toe-tappers and feels. Lyrics are worth listening to and tell stories, are humorous at times and enjoyable always. Album was cohesive and flowed from song to song.
One of my favorite albums, grew up listening to it
Man has a great voice and objectively the good at the whole music thing but I'm not into the whole "every song is about lost love" type of album
Someone could swap the vocals between any of the tracks and nobody would notice.
The "unknown pleasure" was not listening to this album. What the vocalist lacks in skill he does not make up for in passion. I'd say he needs a bucket to carry the tune but buckets aren't good at carrying keys. Instrumentals are fine but I can hear the same, similar, or (usually) better sound from any garage band or subway station one man band busker
Classic hiphop
Good shit. Not a super cohesive album though so 3 stars
Honestly I'm not sure what I just listened to. It was so weird. It wasn't bad! In fact it was kinda good? But so so strange I'm still not sure what it was. Give it a listen
Quite enjoyable
Quite enjoyable
Who came first, the black keys or this album? The sound is identical
Really didnt vibe with this album
Eh
It sounds like there is a really cool futuristic SciFi distopian film happening outside the cafe this music is playing loudly in. Points for that. Otherwise is pretty basic dude who is almost on pitch singing. 3 stars. Would be 2 except for the above
Thoroughly enjoyable
The first song sucked. The other were.......... Fine. Dude's chronically off key.
Decent. Good music, meh vocals.
Album started meh but was actually decent. 3.5 stars
Not a very cohesive album. Some really good songs, some not so great songs.
2nd track was quite good, the others were fine. By the time I get to Phoenix dragged on and on and on so I got bored and skipped it.
It sounds like it was recorded with two microphones on the opposite end of a large, abandoned warehouse from the band.
I'm sure it's a good album but i'm really just not vibing with it today. I've skipped the 2nd half of every song so far. 2 stars, giving it the benefit of the doubt that it's actually good and I just don't see it
