Blood On The Tracks by Bob Dylan
Oct 23 2023

Great album. Need much more than a day to listen. For me the tracks got better and better later in the album, with my favorite being the last track

Led Zeppelin III by Led Zeppelin
Oct 24 2023

Some really rockin songs on here, but a lot of duds as well. I didn't expect banjo in a LED zeppelin song, so that was cool

Here's Little Richard by Little Richard
Oct 25 2023

It's good to hear the roots of rock and roll, if not a little repetitive.

The Blueprint by JAY Z
Oct 26 2023

I wish there was a karaoke version I could listen to.

Oct 27 2023

He's an artist I have always wanted to listen to more of but for whatever reason just didn't until now. Great songs.

Raising Hell by Run-D.M.C.
Oct 30 2023

Clearly very influential album with a few really good songs, but I didn't like that a lot of them were basically just precussion... Slam poetry with extra steps. Either way, this album be illin'.

Surf's Up by The Beach Boys
Nov 01 2023

Wow, beach boys made more songs other than Surfin USA and Little Saint Nick? I was surprised by how much this album differed in their style too.

Low by David Bowie
Nov 06 2023

Seems like Bowie was sad when he made this. My fav was sound and vision

Exodus by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Nov 14 2023

I've never listened to Bob Marley, besides his songs Don't Worry and I've Got You Babe

After The Gold Rush by Neil Young
Nov 15 2023

Great album, though his voice is sometimes hard to listen to

Eliminator by ZZ Top
Nov 17 2023

I think zz top might be the most stereotypical rock group there is.

Siamese Dream by The Smashing Pumpkins
Nov 20 2023

Liked them more than I thought I would. Warrants more of a listen

Under Construction by Missy Elliott
Nov 22 2023

I think it's more digestible than other rap albums, but still too sexual for me

Document by R.E.M.
Nov 28 2023

I don't know, kinda boring

The Slim Shady LP by Eminem
Nov 29 2023

I listened to the radio edit version but I still only got through a few songs. Not even really that interesting musically

La Revancha Del Tango by Gotan Project
Dec 01 2023

Nice elevator music for listening to in the background while I study

Blue by Joni Mitchell
Dec 04 2023

I listened to this while on the airplane headed from Charlotte to Eglin Air Base. I think it could have used more harmony, but I enjoyed it either way. Pretty good for hippie music

Crosby, Stills & Nash by Crosby, Stills & Nash
Dec 05 2023

I asked for hippie music with more harmony and boy did I get it Listened while driving around Destin Florida, and eating at an Indian buffet

Station To Station by David Bowie
Dec 08 2023

Listened while getting ready for church, on this very stormy Sunday. It was fun to contrast this album to the album he made when trying to get sober. Very different feelings. I think I like his sober stuff better.

Le Tigre by Le Tigre
Dec 14 2023

Nice rock, don't really love her voice though

British Steel by Judas Priest
Dec 15 2023

Different than what I expected, a lot milder.

Californication by Red Hot Chili Peppers
Dec 18 2023

Some of the best melodic guitar in the business, but it's diluted by their hip-hop 2000s vibe stuff

Nilsson Schmilsson by Harry Nilsson
Dec 19 2023

Pretty good. I was surprised by the coconut song, I had no idea he sang it

Dec 22 2023

It seems like they traded musicality for big sounds. But who can blame them for making millions of dollars

Femi Kuti by Femi Kuti
Dec 27 2023

Better than I expected, but maybe just not mh style. Listen while delivering belated Christmas gifts to some friends across town

Too Rye Ay by Dexys Midnight Runners
Dec 29 2023

Great album. Loved the strings. More pop songs need strings

London Calling by The Clash
Jan 01 2024

I'm not entirely sure why it's considered one of the best rock albums of all time, but I liked it!
