After The Gold Rush
Neil YoungNot a bad album, just a bit more Neil Young than I care for in one sitting. Some good song here though. Southern Man and Only Love Can Break Your Heart

Boy starting off with a challenge. Never been a big Pumpkins fan, only song I really knew was 1979. To kick off with a double album from a band I don't care for much was real difficult to stay focused on, but I persevered. Liked it more than I expected to. Where Boys Fear to Tread was good, I also enjoyed the thrashy Tales Of a Scorched Earth, and Thru the Eyes of Ruby. Still not sure if I like Billy's voice at all but his lyrics are good
So my first two days using this app I got two Smashing Pumpkins albums. I really regret not being more scathing in my review of Mellon Collie cause after having to sit through another Smashing Pumpkins album in a consecutive day, I can honestly say that I hate them. Billy Corgan has a huge ego and no talent, he uses random lines of teenage poetry and slaps them together without any actual meaning or substance, and his voice drives me up a wall. The only way in which Siamese Dream is better than Mellon Collie is that it is shorter.
A welcome break from all the Smashing Pumpkins. Right off the bat, banger, banger, banger. Bold move to start off with such a slow, emotional song, but it worked well. Favorite tracks: El Condor Pasa, Cecilia, The Boxer, Baby Driver
A re-listen for me. One of the finest sonic journeys of the 20th century... Right up until Revolution 9. No but in all seriousness, stellar album, so many hits and gems. Favorite tracks: Yer Blues

Walk This Way - Big Ten Inch Record - Sweet Emotion is one pretty sweet 3-song run. Rest of the album is pretty good too but those 3 had me groovin
After just knowing the radio hits my whole life, this album was a game changer for me. Kings: banger. Midnight Cruiser: banger. Favorite tracks is probably Only A Fool Would Say That. Or Fire in the Hole. Growing up means recognizing the sonic majesty of Steely Dan.
This is bad. Really bad. The lyrics are so cheesy it's giving me secondhand embarrassment. Firsthand embarrassment even, just for listening to it with my windows down. And the songs are so long! I love a good long song but the beat never changes and they run out of lyrics 1 minute into a 6 minute song. I'm sorry, the only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is cause the lyrics made me laugh a couple times. I haven't finished the album yet. I will, but this is the review the album is getting.
Norah Jones is like a hot cup of coffee with a little cream on a cold, drizzly morning, which I had while listening to this album. Flawless experience.
Fun little album, full of classic early rock-n-roll riffs and 6/8 rhythms. Pioneering, but not one I really need to hear again
Standard southern-twanged classic rock. Good riffs, and the unparalleled Free Bird. Not something I need in my regular rotation, however.
"Have you heard the new Smiths album? It's fucking terriff!"- posers Seriously this album is a bag of suck. Nowhere fast wasn't a bad song, but it was the shortest on the album, too.
I kept wanting to turn it off, but it kept being cool and surprising me. Is it prog? Folk? Indie? No idea. Pretty cool album though. Dude's got a great voice
Man, this sucks so bad. I can see how maybe an edgy teen in the 90s would appreciate it, but it does not stand the test of time.
All the dude wanted was his rug back. It's not greedy
Jazzy and soulful, with incredibly trashy lyrics. I completely didn't know what to think.
It was pretty good. It was alright. It wasn't great, but it was fine.
I like Ocean of Noise. The rest of the album just feels like an ocean of noise
Never heard of Fela Kuti, but I knew Ginger Baker from Cream. Fantastically groovy live jam, a pleasure to listen to
Hell of a performer, and a fun, rowdy crowd. Johnny Cash truly was a champion for prisoners in America
Time has forgotten this band, and we're all a lot better off for it. Just a lot of self-important 60s nonsense
