Fantastic. Soul elements and 50s influence in your sister doesn’t twist are great, love the lyrical clever and cheekiness in the song about the hooker . I’ve seen this movie too is my favourite . I appreciate the anger and the honesty in all the girls love alice- the albums rife with raw emotion and everything music should express

STRANGERES IN THE NIGHT is my favourite. not my favourite artist, because of the way verses are written - though admirable and crafty I find the way they're stretched over multiple lines and the lack of rhyme annoying. His vocal style is also not soaring and roaring enough for me - too many gimmicks and stops where we should be flowing ahead.
Amazing lyricism. Biggest fan of killer for your love and look inside America. I like how they don't shy away from discussing their life as it is, in music business, with the public as it can still relate to the everyman for the messages in between the l8nes. Essex dogs is a masterclass in painting with sound.

I adore the harmonies and funky feeling bowies put on it. the layers to the dynamics and different sections are astounding , and so obviously influenced by soul and rnb music. favourite era of bowies thus far,. I feel. like he really had a passion for this kind of music.
