Tito PuenteWhat a nice uplifting album. Very sweet.

3.5/5. Could've been way bettter, But Kendrick had to go with the mainstream modern rap route. Could've hit SO hard. Maybe it's just my tastes. But it felt, tacky, or like, too polished and new for what it's about. But I liked the concept. Some songs I liked, most I didn't. Rap now seems almost too shallow, too much 'fucking bitches' and whatever, when this album had the potential to be heartbreaking. 'To Pimp A Butterfly' was good, along with 'Sherane', 'Sing About Me, I'm Dying of Thirst' and 'The Art of Peer Pressure'. Maybe there were more but I can't remember them.
Maybe 15% of this album was good. But most was just repetitive and for too long as well. I got bored. I didn't mind it, but I probably wouldn't listen to it again. Heard it Through The Grapevine was good. Just 3 stars from me.
HOT SHIT!! Love this album. Crazy beats. Dre really knows what he's doing. Say no more.
Litersalyl OOZING with sparkles and synths and serving ATROCIOUS amounts of CUNT this albums just so camp and fun and awesome... the synths and the bass and Prince's guttural screams it's just a soundscape of awesomeness. Very enjoyable indeed. Loved 'When Doves Cry' or whatever it was called. It does seem that the more popular songs tend to be the best. Darling Nikki and Purple Rain were great. Just very good. So fun.
4/4.5 - This was great. Really refreshing. Loved the insane riffs and the track lengths and lengths and lengths... just great stuff. I'll look into these guys more for sure.
I didn't listen to this album. I could NOT bring myself to. Wrote a poerm about this song once though THE WIND WANTS TO TAKE ME FROM THE GRIPS OF THE EARTH AND INTO THE BLUE SKY. IT’S A FRENZIED, FINAL BREATH OF NATURE, THE ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA ARE PLAYING THE END OF THE SONG, THE END OF EVERYTHING, PLAYED OUT BY THEM, I’M GOING TO DIE, EVERYTHING’S MASSIVE AND IT’S ALL EVERYWHERE, ALL THE TIME. OH BROTHER, GIVE ME A BREAK! THE SONG ENDS AS I ARRIVE OUTSIDE MY HOUSE. SKIES CLEARING. RAINDROPS ON DOUBLE GLAZING. AN HOUR LATER, A RAINBOW, BARELY REAL, APPEARING IN THE SKY. 3 stars innit
I LOVED this. These guys aren't new to me, but I haven't heard this full album before. So iconic. I didn't realize The Beach Boys' song 'Do You Wanna Dance' was actually written by Bobby Freeman and covered by both bands. Very cool Love both versions. There were a couple of songs that felt less strong but I can't remember what they were because I listened to it yesterday.. but what I did remember was great.
This album was so cute. Loved the style, tone and everything about it was just so fun and effervescent and whimsical to listen to. The album art is also super cool. Will definitely look into these guys.
This was I mean... Uh... Uhh.... it was fine but just bland. Vocals were annoying. I would never ever go out of my way to listen to this. It was just tinny and unpleasant and felt so emotionless like, there was nothing behind the music just sounds. Just not good.. Not good.
Ehh. This album was so long. I couldn't finish it even with 3 days to. There were some tracks I like but most of them just blended into eachother as they all sounded the same. It's not really my style.
Bjork is such a geniusssss this is so good what a great Debut album etc. Such heavenly instrumentals. It truly is a work of art.
Alright. I feel a lot of things about this album. I could see what it was going for. But it just felt like a weird menagerie of bluesy jazzy jams and really terrible Christmas songs. This guy sings about a fucking penny for 6 minutes and 19 seconds and it is UNBEARABLE. The tracks where he didn't sing were great. Although it could've just been the relief of not having to hear this guy hack up every single lyric as if it's his last dying breaths. The blues numbers, I did like, but the more, well, I wouldn't even know what to call them - they were, not so good. This vocal style can actually sound good, but this album, just didn't pull it off for me. If you want something like this that is actually listenable, go and listen to 'Solitary Pleasures' Album by James Leg. That's good shit. So sorry Tom.
This album is so great. It's like if Radiohead and Air and Oasis all had like 10 really sexy babies and then they all made music together. Such awesome melodies and tunes and sounds and whatever. I really love this. Great stuff.
4.5 starts. What a chilled out, pleasant to listen to album. Like a nice swamp in the South of the States with crickets chirping and rising heat ETC. Just very nice. Light and airy ETC.
This album was sooo goood. The frontmans voice is so smooth and silky and the whole thing's just a joy to listen to. Heard some songs I've heard before, and some that were new to me. Loved everything. Thin Line, After School Special and Sum of Us were my faves. Good stuff.
This album was alright, nothing that special, to me at least. Nothing jumped out at me you know. I did like ripoff. That's about it. 3
This was pretty decent. It was kinda repetitive at times, I think I would benefit from listening to some of the songs as standalone songs or part of a playlist, as most of the songs on this album are very similar. The front guy kinda can't sing and I can't tell whether he's pulling it off in like a grunge-y way or whether it's not quite at that level... I like the southern influences and the guitar. I have never heard of these guys before listening to this. 3.5
This was alrighty. I didn't mind it. It was a pretty long album though. I got 'Green' sstuck in my head for like half the day. I can't say much more, it wasn't really my style but it wasn't half bad either,
This is just all kinda the same, but not in a good way. It's just generic country. The music video for 'Someday' is good but the song is just okay. Steve Earle is pretty hot.
This isn't my favourite Radiohead album but it's not bad. 4 star
This album so good. Yess...., Yes.s....
Too intense to listen to casually but pretty good as like, art and stuff. Somewhat unbearable... especially the 14 minute track. 2 star listen unfortunately. But I do like Nick Cave's other stuff.
Not bad. The Asphalt World was good. Can't listen to the whole thing cause I'm busy.
This was pretty good but like 10 tracks too long. I liked most of the songs though, apart from The Trial which I kinda liked but also kinda hated because it went on for 2 long. Not bad though very creative and interesting listen
THis was soooo good. Basically all the songs were great. I love funny hip hop. I love Tupac. I love Gutfest '89. My favourite song was proibably 'Doowutchalike' because it's 8 minutes long
'I no longer hear the music' good Singing is annoying Kinda annoying Just annoying really didn't like it
This album is very sweet. Kinda melancholy too. I like Brazilian music a lot. There were a lot of nice moments. I enjoyed the mellow vibe and the smooth vocals.
Alright. It's all good. Too many lyrics about teenage girls. Sweet 16... more like Shut Up
Way too much high frequency screeching. This is like Tame Impala if it was bad. The vocal style is also so annoying. This whole thing just aggravated me to no end.
This was delicious. I loved it.
Didn't listen to the whole thing but what I did hear was pretty good.
Pretty repetitive. It was okay. I did think it was cute, but not cute enough to be really memorable.
This is a really nice album. Really nice. I love the guitars and everything. Really really nice.
Lame as fuck. Lame vocals. Lame backing track. Lame album cover. Almost 4 minutes into Neighborhood#1 I nearly burst into tears for some reason. But yeah lame as fuck 2015 leaver's assembly dogshit. I guess.
This was okay, not really my style, it wasn't very memorable as it was just the same thing for the whole album. Once you've heard one song, you've basically heard them all. The name is pretty wild. I wouldn't listen to this again.
This was very nice. I really liked most of the tracks. Very jazzy and fun to listen to.
This was SO good. I already love air and I love movie soundtracks and the ambience of this one is just great. Every track is just a joy to listen to and the tracks towards the end with the voiceovers are really fun. Also the album art is super cool.
This was a fun album, very different to what I usually listen to but it was refreshing. Some songs were a little repetitive but for the most part it was good. I actually continued listening to more after the album finished, and found out Joan Armatrading is from St. Kitts and Nevis in the West Indies. She also has a British accent and a lot of good stories to tell, I liked her a lot.
Boring
Alright.
This was actually fine but I just didn't like it for some reason. There was nothing wrong with it. There was also nothing right with it. Very odd.
Ilove this a;bu,m/. Every track just has thet sick party vibe. Rock Your Boby is an instant classic.
What a nice uplifting album. Very sweet.
Pretty good. This is a good band. I didn't like the hymn of the fucking wheel or wahtever it was called because I accidentally played it twice and got really annoyed and thought it was a really long repetitive song so tht awas cool or something. Overall pretty good tough.
Good album
Good stuff had me singing along and everything. SOme songs were too repetitive. Mostly good upbeat vibes.
Had to stop listening to this one it was so boring. Boorring.... Boooorriiinnggggggg
Funny
Good stuff
Good but songs went on for wayyy too long to listen to as a non fan of jazzy stuff. But what I could tolerate was good and the last track, despite being 20 minutes long was enjoyable.
First track didn't need vocals. Whrn he started singing I got sad. Half of this album doesnt need to exuisyt.
This was great, not stuff I'd usually listen to but very meaningful. And iconic. Just a shame the guy died before he learned how to produce music properly, as this album is almost tragically unlistenable.
The frontman can't sing. This is like a worse version of Labrinth or Glass Animals. I did like the lyrics but this isn't something I'd listen to again.
Christmasy
This album is actually pretty great. I like the song 'It's So Easy' or whatever it's called. Guitar and harmonies are brilliant. Would listen again
