Lynyrd SkynyrdBlues, country, this was a pleasant listen. Easy listening which occasionally had my feet tapping. Twangy guitars, young men that sound like they could be in their 40s.

I really enjoyed this. Every so often I’d catch a riff that sounded modern and familiar and I’d be reminded of how influential this band was. Loved the big band element - it felt almost jazzy at points. Mostly have this three as I don’t want to peak too soon!
A complete revelation. How did this ever pass me by as a teenager? So many factors - peer group, ethnicity being two immediate thoughts - but goodness, the musicianship, the lyrics. Pure poetry. LOVED IT!
Dinner party fare, inoffensive but bland.
Okay. Moondance the title song is a wonderful, but the rest didn’t excite me.
First song was like a very bad rock musical and then we slipped into whimsical songs, the lead singer’s soft voice enunciating basic rhymes as if conducting a children’s phonic’s tv show. And then we’re back to musical land. The flute was incessant…. Definitely some hippy 60 vibes.
Folky and indie
Liked this a lot. Particularly the faster jazzier numbers.
Enjoyable
Pleasant middle aged fodder. Some risqué lyrics that proved an education for Hamish
Country music, enjoyed the storytelling, gasped at the misogyny (wham bam thank you ma’am”.
Repetitive and offensive
Better than expected
Inoffensive but just not that engaging
