Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)
Wu-Tang ClanWu Tang forever! That said I haven’t listened to this album in least a decade until now. For hip hop it’s full points from me.

Always good to hear a Nina Simone album. Nothing really stood out for me, but an enjoyable listen.
I had this one sitting in my collection for a long time, but never got around to listening to the full album was only familiar with “Psycho Killer”. Probably to listen to it a few more times to appreciate it. Light funk background music.
Could only make it through a couple of songs. It was non offensive, I could have died not hearing this album and would have had a satisfied mind.
Not in the mood for this today. Some random dude played a the Who for me on a ride from Pullman to Spokane all 90 minutes, I wasn’t a fan then and I doubt listening to it today will change that.
I want to give a proper listen to it. Today is not the day. I will give it full marks because why not. Though I remember Johnny Rottens review “Horses? More like horse shite!” .
Yeah I just listened to it twice in a row. While it’s not a perfect album, it probably my favourite one so far. The stand out track for me was “Zig Zag Wanderer.”
I used to love the Stones. I hadn’t listened to this album in a long time or any Stones albums for that matter, just the odd song here or there. The music is pretty good, but Mick’s voice is atrocious. Especially on the song “Country Tonk”, it’s fucking embarrassing trying to sound country , I guess he’s trying to be funny. I didn’t laugh.
I had the Prodigy first two albums, and kind of liked them. By the time this album came out, I was bored by them. I don’t see me listening to this album again for any reason.
Based on my new rating system and considering the albums that are being presented, this is a 5. Is it perfect no, but it’s a legendary album. Also, listened to the Devonshire mix, didn’t notice a huge difference. Though the drums are given a boost in the later mix, and definitely sounds bigger, brighter and more polished. I prefer the later mix, despite what Cobain thought.
I really dig the first 4 Metallica albums. This one not at all. I was taking the bus back home after teaching, fell asleep during Enter Sandman actually, woke up rudely to Nothing Else Matter, no wonder I never listened to this album all the way through, it fucking sucks.
Besides nostalgia for the title track and a foggy memory of watching the video on MTV. I won’t be listening to this album any time soon, and I doubt I will ever find the reason to. I do love some synth pop like Gary Numan or OMD.
It’s an interesting listen. The standout track for me was: Feb.4 (For All Those Killed by The Cops)
A classic album, deserving of 5 stars. It’s the Kraftwerk album, that I listen to the most. One winter in Tokyo got me hooked on this album, finish teaching at a German pharmaceutical conglomerate, headed home, walking though a snowy park, having a road chu-hi and then on to a somewhat crowded train this was my soundtrack.
I am getting too old for this shit.
You can hear how much this influenced rock and roll. It is a fine album, though I can’t imagine myself actively searching to listen to it anytime soon.
May have revisit, listened to a few tracks could not make it through.
Would have got full marks, but those skits and humor were seriously not funny at all.
If you’re in the mood for Steely Dan, it’s awesome. If not it’s a tough listen. Sometimes I absolutely love Steely Dan.
