OK Computer by Radiohead

Easily one of the best albums I’ve listened to. I’ve listened to this album so many times, and I really like the hidden meanings of the lyrics. All 12 tracks are really great, but my favorites are: “Paranoid Android,” “Exit Music (For a Film),” “Karma Police,” “Fitter Happier,” “Electioneering,” “No Surprises,” and “The Tourist.” 5 stars. I would give 10 if I wanted to.

Vol. 4 by Black Sabbath
Jul 24 2025

RIP Ozzy Osbourne first of all. Paranoid was pretty good, but I need to listen to this another time.

Rage Against The Machine by Rage Against The Machine
Jul 28 2025

Some of these tracks are pretty awesome. I need to listen to the full album.

The Cars by The Cars
Aug 05 2025

Has some good hits. Haven’t listened completely.

OK Computer by Radiohead
Aug 09 2025

Easily one of the best albums I’ve listened to. I’ve listened to this album so many times, and I really like the hidden meanings of the lyrics. All 12 tracks are really great, but my favorites are: “Paranoid Android,” “Exit Music (For a Film),” “Karma Police,” “Fitter Happier,” “Electioneering,” “No Surprises,” and “The Tourist.” 5 stars. Jagged Little Pill by Alanis Morissette
Aug 27 2025

There’s 3 songs that I like from this album: “You Oughta Know,” “Hand In My Pocket,” and “Ironic.” These songs are really great, and I hope the rest of the album’s good. Unable to listen to it now, but I will soon.

Sep 01 2025

Bike’s a great and silly song. Didn’t listen completely, but I heard it’s a great debut album for one of the greatest prog-rock bands of all time.

Parallel Lines by Blondie
Sep 02 2025

Has 2 great songs that I like. “Heart of Glass” is a great New Wave song, and “One Way or Another” is a classic song. Will need to listen to this sometime…

The White Album by Beatles
Sep 09 2025

Definitely a 10/10 album for me. Banger from start to finish. Favorite Tracks: “Back In The USSR,” “Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da,” “Happiness Is A Warm Gun,” “Piggies,” “Rocky Raccoon,” “Julia,” “Yer Blues,” “Helter Skelter,” “Long, Long, Long,” “Revolution 1,” “Honey Pie,” “Revolution 9 (controversially),” and “Good Night.” Very diverse album from the Fab Four. LOVE IT!

Sep 18 2025

I’ve heard of this album, but I haven’t fully listened to it yet. “The Cisco Kid” is a great song and is a good way to kick off the album.

Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd
Sep 21 2025

This is easily a great album. 10/10 for me. SOYCD is a great tribute to Syd Barrett, and Have a Cigar is a great bop about the evil sides of record companies. Overall, Pink Floyd made an album just as good as the Dark Side of the Moon.

Doolittle by Pixies
Oct 07 2025

From what I heard, a great record. Some of the tracks sounded a lot of pre-Grunge with Black Francis’s screams and loudness.

Paranoid by Black Sabbath
Oct 11 2025

I listened to this one awhile ago. Has some great songs! “War Pigs,” “Paranoid,” and “Iron Man” are the best on there.

Document by R.E.M.
Oct 14 2025

2 classic songs on this album: “It’s the End of the World as We Know It (And I Feel Fine)” and “The One I Love,” the latter reminding me of the Smiths.

The Wall by Pink Floyd
Oct 23 2025

A great album! 10/10, the finest hour for Pink Floyd. All of the songs on there are really great and tell a great story. I’m glad that there was a film adaptation of the album, and it did not disappoint!

Blonde On Blonde by Bob Dylan
Nov 15 2025

“Rainy Day Women #12 & 35” is a great opener that gives off a good vibe to start off the album.

Siamese Dream by The Smashing Pumpkins
Nov 18 2025

Has a lot of GREAT tracks. Hit after hit for most of the album. I haven’t listened to some of the songs. “Cherub Rock” is very energetic and has a great buildup. Tracks 3-6 are a great lineup. “Today” is an ironic track that I related to, “Hummer” sounds like a Jane’s Addiction song like from Ritual De Lo Habitual and “Drown” from a couple years earlier, “Rocket” is a great track, and “Disarm” is a good break from the energetic performances of Corgan, Iha, Chamberlin, and Wretzky. “Mayonnaise” is a slow, but energetic track, and I know I listened to “Silverfuck” awhile back, but I don’t remember it that much. I will listen to the full album soon…

Hybrid Theory by Linkin Park
Nov 25 2025

GREAT album. Used to listen to it all the time.

Physical Graffiti by Led Zeppelin
Dec 09 2025

“Kashmir” is a great song. Haven’t listened to this album yet, but Led Zeppelin IV is a great album, which I have on vinyl.

Rubber Soul by Beatles
Dec 20 2025

Has a couple of great songs. I need to relisten to this.

Hotel California by Eagles
Feb 02 2026

Hotel California itself is one of the greatest pop-rock songs I like.

Dookie by Green Day
Feb 10 2026

Great album. I prefer American Idiot, but this album has a lot of great tracks. It’s very energetic throughout the album, but I like how after “FOD,” you have the only calm track being “All By Myself.”

Hot Fuss by The Killers
Feb 15 2026

There are 2 great songs on here that I know. “Mr. Brightside,” a sad story about cheating turned into a stadium anthem, even after 20 years, and “Somebody Told Me,” which has an infectious drum pattern and great lyrics.

Homework by Daft Punk
Feb 16 2026

Great debut album by Daft Punk. Has some great noisy tracks like “Rollin’ & Scratchin’,” “Rock’n Roll,” and “Burnin’.” Some great dance tracks like “Indo Silver Club,” “Da Funk,” “Phoenix,” and “Around the World.” It’s my least favorite Daft Punk album, honestly, but all of their albums are pretty great.

Metallica by Metallica
Feb 17 2026

Has a lot of great songs. “Enter Sandman”? Energetic opening. Then followed by “Sad But True”? Hell yeah. And then “The Unforgiven” and “Wherever I May Roam” makes it calmer. Also, “Nothing Else Matters” is very calm.

Transformer by Lou Reed
Mar 14 2026

“Walk on the Wild Side” and “Satellite of Love” are great songs off this album by Velvet Underground frontman Lou Reed.

The Stranger by Billy Joel
Mar 25 2026

“Scenes of an Italian Restaurant,” “Only the Good Die Young,” and “Movin’ Out (Anthony’s Song)” are all great songs from this album.

In Utero by Nirvana
Mar 26 2026

Great final album by Nirvana (Kurt Cobain, Krist Novoselic, and Dave Grohl). Also love the bonus tracks on this album.

Mar 31 2026

“Time to Pretend,” “Kids,” and “Electric Feel” all are great songs on MGMT’s debut.

Cross by Justice
Apr 01 2026

Great debut LP. All bangers from “Genesis” to “One Minute to Midnight.” “Valentine,” “Let There Be Light,” “Tthhee Ppaarrttyy (feat. Uffie),” and “Phantom Pts I & II” are all great songs off this album. Easy 5.

The Velvet Underground & Nico by The Velvet Underground
Apr 04 2026

Hell yeah! I have this on vinyl. Honestly, I think this album is better than Sgt. Pepper. It’s very diverse and experimental, which we would see in the Velvet Underground’s next album, “White Light/White Heat.” My favorites on here are “Sunday Morning,” “I’m Waiting for the Man,” “Venus In Furs,” “Heroin,” “There She Goes Again,” and “European Son.” I also love the dreamy pop songs as well, especially with Nico on vocals, including “I’ll Be Your Mirror,” “All Tomorrow’s Parties,” “Sunday Morning,” and “Femme Fatale.” This is probably the best rock album from the 1960s. I wish was born in the 1940s and lived in New York so that I could see them at the Exploding Plastic Inevitable and grab 3 original copies of the album. Easy 5 out of 5.

Paul's Boutique by Beastie Boys
Apr 06 2026

“Shake Your Rump” and “Hey Ladies” are both classic songs on this second album by Beastie Boys. “Where It’s At” by Beck reminds me of “Hey Ladies” with how the samples are set up.

Abraxas by Santana
Apr 11 2026

I just saw Santana in concert; they put on a great show! “Oye Como Va” and “Black Magic Woman/Gypsy Queen” are both great songs off this album.

Apr 12 2026

Well, there’s really only one song from this double-album that I’ve listened to: “Hey Ya!” I like the catchy R&B instrumentation, and I like the meaning of the lyrics, but I think it’s funny that the instrumentation masks the lyrics very well (and even André 3000 says so in the song (“Y’all don’t wanna hear me, you just wanna dance.”))

Antichrist Superstar by Marilyn Manson
May 03 2026

I know that this is Marilyn’s second record, and Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails produced the album. The only song I know is “The Beautiful People,” and I heard it’s a bit of a concept album like Trent’s “The Downward Spiral.” “The Beautiful People” I think is a critique on Hollywood culture and celebrities.

Bat Out Of Hell by Meat Loaf
May 04 2026

I love “Paradise by the Dashboard Light,” a great prog-rock song describing a romantic encounter-turned-nightmare for both lovers.

May 05 2026

Love this album! Easy 5 for me. I have this on vinyl, and I think this is one of the best albums from the 1970s.

Abbey Road by Beatles
May 26 2026

Easily 5 stars. Especially the other side with the “Abbey Road Medley.”

Nilsson Schmilsson by Harry Nilsson
Jun 06 2026

Coconut is a classic, and it’s a good way to close out Quentin Tarantino’s Reservoir Dogs.

Seventeen Seconds by The Cure
Jun 19 2026

“A Forest” is a good track, and you can kinda see how The Cure started to go to it’s classic goth rock style here.

White Light / White Heat by The Velvet Underground
Aug 12 2026

I like the stories of The Gift and Sister Ray. Good album overall. Pretty chill for the most part, especially Lady Godiva’s Operation and Here She Comes Now. Also, the title track reminds me of the VU’s earlier tracks I’m Waiting For The Man and There She Goes Again.
