Beats are a little outdated, yes, and some of the lyrics are… shitty. But, this is an important piece of hip-hop history regardless.

It’s very interesting that the complaints about misogyny on this site is always on albums from black artists or hip-hop artists and never elsewhere. Hm… anyway, this is definitely one of Ice Cube’s best.

I mean… Ladies First is obviously a huge highlight but man… the rest is just sort of there.
