Great concept album, only Bowie could write about an rock n roll Alien. A great mix of glam rock, story telling and every song well placed.

Great album, fantastic guitar riffs from catchy to psychedelic, a super tight rhythm section and arguably one of the best jams on i am the resurrection, what a way close out an album.

2 stand out songs end of the world and the one I love. The albums is almost a precursor for grunge .

A hard listen.

Sometimes there is reason you've not heard anything album vocals and melody seem out of sync and incoherent.

Song structures, melody and lyrical theme were mostly the same. A slightly less camp Meatloaf. Maybe that I'm not working hard for a a boss man I don't like and driving a caddie at night trying to live the American dream is why I probably don't connect with this album.
