The Genius Of Ray Charles by Ray Charles
May 06 2026

Started really strong and catchy and ended with softer songs, still caught my ear throughout.

May 07 2026

Was great to hear the classics in a live setting. I rated this a four at first, having the perspective of what was to come brings this up to a five easily. There's a reason it's one of the classics.

I Should Coco by Supergrass
May 08 2026

A fun album with pop punk inspiration that mellows out towards the end. Maybe feels a little incohesive, but many catchy singles!

Neon Bible by Arcade Fire
May 11 2026

A fun prog rock inspired album.

The Stranger by Billy Joel
May 12 2026

An easy listen, a few drags but overall catchy tunes.

Synchronicity by The Police
May 13 2026

An amazing piece from it's time.

Green River by Creedence Clearwater Revival
May 14 2026
Kind Of Blue by Miles Davis
May 15 2026

Great vibe to fill an afternoon of cleaning or something related.

Ramones by Ramones
May 19 2026

I can respect that they're some of the pioneers of punk, but holy crap 80% of this album is hot garbage. Songs that sound like a copy of the first one- not to mention the creepy one. Definitely a product of it's time. Still, we wouldn't be where we are without them so I can give it some credit for that.

Smokers Delight by Nightmares On Wax
May 20 2026

I thought What I'm Feelin (Good) was sampling a ringtone before I realized this was from before ringtones sounded like this. A true pioneer, 9/10.

Music in Exile by Songhoy Blues
May 21 2026

Groovy and awesome. Hopefully the sentiment of the words is okay 😅

Electric Prunes by The Electric Prunes
May 22 2026

Honestly didn't expect it to be as engaging as it was.

The ArchAndroid by Janelle Monáe
May 25 2026

Gr8 4.5 if I could. We'll see how I feel about it when the newness factor wears off

Elephant by The White Stripes
May 26 2026

A classic that holds up

Groovin' by The Young Rascals
May 27 2026

Yeah okay.

Copper Blue by Sugar
May 28 2026

Definitely 90s, but it was a fun listen. Wish I listened to the hoover dam song at the hoover dam

Buena Vista Social Club by Buena Vista Social Club
May 29 2026

It was okay at first but absolutely won me over by the second listen.

Cheap Thrills by Big Brother & The Holding Company
Jun 01 2026

It was okay, the album art was more interesting than the songs.

Horses by Patti Smith
Jun 02 2026

Really fun! Captured a similar energy to the violent femmes

Brown Sugar by D'Angelo
Jun 03 2026

How does one make an album that invokes a feeling throughout the entirety? 4.5/5

Band On The Run by Paul McCartney and Wings
Jun 04 2026

It feels like the wrote a hit and just had to fill an album to meet the label's requirements. It's about what I expect from Paul. I'd listen to it but it's a little lifeless.

The Stooges by The Stooges
Jun 05 2026

Started out okay, liked the experimental parts. How many remixes do you need? Just make a decision.

Hunky Dory by David Bowie
Jun 09 2026

Great album, I am glad I revisited this as I didn't realize just how based Bowie was the first time. Edit: Bowie, I keep finding myself coming back to this. You were such a beautiful person. Weeks later I still find myself having these songs pop in my head.

Illinois by Sufjan Stevens
Jun 10 2026

Fun album

The Blueprint by JAY Z
Jun 11 2026

What a lame man, a cheater, hypocrite, and a misogynist.

London Calling by The Clash
Jun 12 2026

I slept on this album, this is good.

Layla And Other Assorted Love Songs by Derek & The Dominos
Jun 15 2026

Holy crap I didn't realize you could make an album sound like it was happening in the background while simultaneously playing directly in your ear. Songs were good though. Just listen to the MTV live.

Paul's Boutique by Beastie Boys
Jun 18 2026

Honestly better than I thought after all the memes but still really odd and just a rip of black culture.

Dirty by Sonic Youth
Jun 19 2026

Definitely not going for catchy on every song but there's lots of emotions pointed in the right direction.

Hard Again by Muddy Waters
Jun 22 2026

I understand the appeal, it definitely inspires emotion. One can take this genre and improvise in a million different ways, but it still sounds intentional. They did it very well.

Nilsson Schmilsson by Harry Nilsson
Jun 23 2026

A fun album, some classics that are definitely unique!

Songs The Lord Taught Us by The Cramps
Jun 25 2026

Yeah, it was an interesting listen. I probably won't listen to it again. I was a little disappointed by the I Was A Teenage Werewolf False Start song. Am I supposed to be impressed by the band member being a total fucking asshole? Loss of a star.

Jun 26 2026

Catchy songs that seemed to have gained popularity from the shock factor and the crude humor of the time. He points out society being hypocritical but still uses backhanded arguments. Dr. Dre definitely captured a sound that embodied him and it was well done, but I'm glad Eminem has matured from this, not saying his music has gotten better, but we should all move on.

Surfer Rosa by Pixies
Jun 29 2026

It scratched some kind of itch. Definitely musically talented.

Kid A by Radiohead
Jun 30 2026

Just didn't hit like it has for me before. Maybe I will feel differently later.

Technique by New Order
Jul 01 2026

Dramatic shift in sound from the first song to the rest of the album. They were almost onto something.

Life Thru A Lens by Robbie Williams
Jul 03 2026

Idk what it was but man was it really forgetable. Nothing really stood out this listen.

Surrealistic Pillow by Jefferson Airplane
Jul 07 2026

Oh they made that song? The rest was not really notable.

Superfly by Curtis Mayfield
Jul 08 2026

The man.

A Short Album About Love by The Divine Comedy
Jul 09 2026

Not exactly inspirational. Also, I could not tell if the horse analogy was a joke lmao.

Thriller by Michael Jackson
Jul 10 2026

Like half bangers and half boring ones that aged appropriately. But the bangers are certified classics so 4.

Dusty In Memphis by Dusty Springfield
Jul 13 2026

Honestly not a bad album. Get some therapy honey. And oh shes the one that popularized that song?

Central Reservation by Beth Orton
Jul 15 2026

Little bit of Ricky Lee Jones with a light dash of cranberries. Maybe some inspiration for Nora Jones?

Cloud Nine by The Temptations
Jul 22 2026

Pretty catchy, I've never listened to an entire album of theirs.
