3 absolute masterpieces in 21st century schizoid man, epitaph, and The Court of the Crimson King. Moonchild had the potential to be like literally my favorite but then they went and just started doing random shit for TEN whole minutes. I Talk to the Wind is also really good just not as good as the top 3. I don't really know how to feel about it tbh might have to give it a good relisten or 2 to fully understand what I want to rate it but I'm definitely feeling somewhere in the 90's. Relistening right now, 21st century schizoid man hits even harder than the first time. Wind is really good but it still doesn't stack up. Epitaph is truly beautiful. This is gonna be a hard one to rate I think especially because it's only 5 tracks long. I'm thinking 94/100

Jul 19 2026

First three songs are pretty good but this fourth one is quite grating and annoying i cant lie. It's quite basic British pop music i cant lie. Ok chemical world kinda hits. Yep this song is really freaking good. oily water is nice and funky. Boi coping like broootal black pill πŸ’€ amirite guys? Overall a pretty solid albums with good parts but also lots of boring songs which drag down the albums overall quality.

Aftermath by The Rolling Stones
Jul 20 2026

this is not very good, quite basic rock. I'm sure it was great for its time but every dog has his day and this dogs day has gone and went. none of these songs particularly interest me as they all feel quite bland and emotionless i hated this.

Queen II by Queen
Jul 21 2026

first song is pretty solid i can't lie overall very solid some standout songs like march of the black queen but also a lot of songs that just didn't hit

Can't Buy A Thrill by Steely Dan
Jul 22 2026

I already listened to the Royal Scam and really liked it so i'm expecting big things out of "Can't Buy a Thrill". Do It Again is fcking incredible man such an addictive song. I don't like Dirty Work as much but it's still good. Kings, also good but not as good; Midnite Cruiser was good, better than the previous two songs. Only A Fool Would Say That is a certified BANGER as well, the only song i'd heard before listening to the album. Reeling in the years, also a BANGER. Fire in the hole, more instrumental but still a very solid song which I enjoyed quite a bit. Brooklyn was good but weaker comparatively to the rest of the songs tbh. Change of the guard was pretty lit i can't lieπŸ‘€πŸ‘€πŸ‘€. Turn that heartbeat over was good but also a weaker song. This album was great but not quite as good as the Royal Scam in my opinion. I'm thinking 82/100 (Great)

This Is Fats Domino by Fats Domino
Jul 23 2026

It's kind of hard to find the album that it's trying to get me to listen to but i'm trying. I found something similar but I don't think it's exactly the right thing, i'm not sure though. I'm just going to listen to "This Is Fats Domino!". Better than I thought it would be to be honest. 61/100.

Jul 24 2026

Very funky and i liked it quite a bit. Strong jimi hendrix vibes on a lot of the songs. Overall very good but the back half was noticeably weaker than the front half

Jul 25 2026

The first few songs were really good but some of the songs in the middle definitely tapered off. Fav so far is Map of the Prolematique but right now listening to City of Delusion it's really good too. Ended strong. 77/100 (good)

super weird and esoteric. I can actually understand it being on this list even though i didn't particularly like it because it definitely is the first album that i've ever heard to push this far into the weirdness of ambient and drone music. Hamburger Lady is quite the terrifying song. I still think about it sometimes and it really creeps me out. Perhaps this album is cursed lol!

Daydream Nation by Sonic Youth
Jul 27 2026

certain parts of some of the songs i liked but not enough to make this album enjoyable for me. I really did not like the vocals on this album which is what truly sealed its fate in my opinion

Beauty And The Beat by The Go-Go's
Jul 29 2026

Listened to this while on a short lil digestion walk and was actually pleasantly surprised with the quality of work on this album. It has a really nice vibe to it and the early 80's vibe is quite prevalent throughout the whole project. Although it may not be a technical masterpiece or a boundary-pushing album for it's time I still found it to be rather enjoyable. 68/100.

Document by R.E.M.
Jul 30 2026

This album, to me, is truly nothing special. Perhaps it's because i've heard many R.E.M songs before as they are quite the popular band. Yet for me I think it's a more simple reasons. This album does not emotional stimulate me in any way and neither does it interest or intrigue me with good vocals, production, instrumentals, being experimental, etc. This album is quite simply boring to me.

Blue Lines by Massive Attack
Jul 31 2026

I had already previously listened to this a while ago and I thought that it was just ok but it is certainly a classic so I really think it's worth revisiting this album and seeing im my opinion on it has changed. I also had the flu and it was like 4 AM when I listened to it so that definitely influenced my opinion on it lol. Alright so I just finished relistening to Massive Attack's "Blue Lines" and it really isn't a lot better than I remember it being. There were definitely some songs I enjoyed such as "Safe From Harm" and "Unfinished Sympathy" but a lot of the songs really just did not connect with me. Especially the last 3 songs I thought were just incredibly boring and not sonically interesting or just generally good at all. "Hymn Of The Big Wheel" is kind of a mess that really sums up how I feel about the album. 65/100.

Bat Out Of Hell by Meat Loaf
Aug 01 2026

this albums is kind of just a basic classic rock album to me. I know that it's a classic but i just can't force myself to like myself that i simply just don't really enjoy
