1001 Albums Summary

A bit too American / old man music for me but can see why people would like it. Made me sleepy though.

Impressive debut album. Good vibes, felt cohesive. Way too long though, esp the last song.

Did not enjoy the first half. 'Mother' was so bad and put me off the next few songs too. Had to fight myself to not skip it. The second half is a much easier listen. Overall, could not wait for the album to be over

Good rapper with great flow. The sound of the whole album is very of its time which is kind of a mood, but I doubt I will listen to it again. Interestingly, a lot of it reminded me of Hamilton

At first I thought this would be the easiest 1* but after giving it a chance I appreciate the hilarity, britishness and storytelling. I even enjoyed some of the songs in their own right

Tina Turner has an amazing voice, however some of the instrumentals fell flat for me. The album is also way too long. The hits stood out, but I can't say I remember many of the others

Different but I am not really a fan of Kate Bush's singing style in this album

4.5 Really liked this, even the 7m song! The guitar and drums are so satisfying on the ears
