1001 Albums Summary

7/8 out of 10. Love Muse, solid album but not my favorite. Some great songs like Starlight and Knights of Cydonia. Added new songs like Assassin, City of Delusion, and Hoodoo.

Classic album but some tracks do feel long and start dragging. The last two tracks “All Along the Watchtower” and “Voodoo Child” are great rock songs. I respect Jimi Hendrix’s influence as a guitarist and with him being one of the best of all time, I was hoping to enjoy it a little more. Great album just feels a little disorganized.

I like jazz but this album felt a little boring and sounded like elevator music, couldn’t finish it.
