Jagged Little Pill by Alanis Morissette
Sep 28 2026

Really good songwriting. Bassist is having so much fun on so many tracks. I'm not a huge fan of Alanis' voice but she does have some great moments, especially on the heavier tracks. 7.5/10

With The Beatles by Beatles
Sep 29 2026

Without 'The Beatles' tag, this would be a forgotten album of the 1960's. It's cool to see the early workings of the band, you can definitely hear what they'd become with the gorgeous harmonies, which are by far the standout. Overall, it's a pretty boring album though, and a relic of 1960's pop music.

The Stone Roses by The Stone Roses
Sep 30 2026

Brit rock perfection. Such a great listen from start to finish.

Rage Against The Machine by Rage Against The Machine
Oct 01 2026

Just raw fury in the best way. Only negative is that 35 years on its still relevant

Crime Of The Century by Supertramp
Oct 03 2026

Really interesting album. Incredible harmonies and the arrangements keep you guessing

Thriller by Michael Jackson
Oct 04 2026

The middle of the album has one of the greatest runs ever but it's very inconsistent on the edges

Green Onions by Booker T. & The MG's
Oct 06 2026

The individual moments are pretty good but it does get very boring and repetitive. Might be one of the most sampled albums ever, and can definitely hear its influence. Just isn't a great listen start to finish.

Parsley, Sage, Rosemary And Thyme by Simon & Garfunkel
Oct 07 2026

Enjoyable listen. A lot of fun when they’re having fun but a bit boring on the tracks with less energy.

Talking Heads 77 by Talking Heads
Oct 08 2026

Some great moments but pretty inconsistent. Can definitely hear the potential of the band but they hadn't reached that yet.

Dare! by The Human League
Oct 09 2026

It’s a fun album. Very of its time and a lot of it has aged a bit poorly but it’s a fun throwback with some really good tracks

Natty Dread by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Oct 10 2026

Beautiful songwriting and engaging all the way through. Just a fun, mellow album with some really interesting lyrics

Parachutes by Coldplay
Oct 11 2026

Really beautiful songwriting. A great listen from start to finish

The Rolling Stones by The Rolling Stones
Oct 12 2026

Just an album full of stock standard Blues covers. Really underwhelming listen

Appetite For Destruction by Guns N' Roses
Oct 13 2026

This is a really strange album. A lot of the 'great' tracks from it only really have a small section which are iconic. It's a lot of fun but really messy at times and sometimes really strange.

No Other by Gene Clark
Oct 14 2026

Never heard of this album before and really enjoyed. A great blend of psych garage and folk country. Felt the first half was a lot stronger than the second half. Great listen though

Oct 15 2026

Apparently Doves were massive during the 00s indie takeover, and I can see why they’ve been somewhat forgotten. This was a struggle to listen to. Maybe a better vocalist could’ve made it slightly more interesting but the songs themselves are just so over produced and over written, completely losing any personality or emotion

Lady Soul by Aretha Franklin
Oct 16 2026

Loses a star because it mostly is a cover album, as a lot of these soul albums are, but Aretha is able to elevate these songs to another level, hence why a lot of the tracks are recognised as her songs.

Be by Common
Oct 17 2026

Incredibly tight album. There’s not a dull moment, every track is great. Incredibly slept on these days which is a crime

Oct 18 2026

It’s nice country music, definitely of it’s time. The vocals are really sweet. Lyrics are a bit dated but they’re not consistently outdated.

Femi Kuti by Femi Kuti
Oct 19 2026

Incredible musicianship, fusing jazz with traditional African and world music. Some of the tracks are a bit overly long, often becoming repetitive in parts.

Superunknown by Soundgarden
Oct 20 2026

A bit inconsistent around the edges, but when it hits it hits so hard. The run from Fell On Black Days to The Day I Tried to Live is incredibly strong.

Legalize It by Peter Tosh
Oct 21 2026

It’s a lot of fun but a bit repetitive and loses a lot of the energy towards the end
