(What's The Story) Morning Glory
OasisSuch an amazing album. Really makes it connect how big they were in the 90s

Perfect
This is an album I've been meaning to get to for a long time as many of my favorite artists are big fans of Lou Reed, John Frusciante being the first of these that I noticed from my days of geeking out on RHCP in my youth :) Hints of early punk roots and lazy singing that the frontman from Cake must've stolen decades later. Love it!
Tom Petty's voice has always been hit or miss for me. Of course, the classics on this album are Breakdown and America Girl, which I love. Some songs that caught my attention immediately on this album are "Fooled Again" (kind of reminds me of the Eagles) and "Anything That's Rock and Roll."
This is the kind of stuff I was hoping to get introduced to.
Haven’t listened to this album in a while. It was nice to come back to it.
Loved this album. Like a female version of Talking Heads. Recent artists reminds me of are Remi Wolf and Nilüfer Yanya. First song comes in hot.
I've listened to a bunch of Sly in the past, but probably never a full album in its entirety. Brought me back to my days of trying to play bass like Flea from the RHCP and all Flea's influences, including Sly and the Family Stone.
Some fun parts in this, but it wasn’t really my jam. The “la da da da das” and “la da da da dees” got on my nerves lol
This was a fun one. I feel like I need a few more listens to soak it in though.
Nice to bring this one back! Never listened to it the full way through and didn’t know it was an 80s album!
Amazing live album! Did they take any breaks??
Brought me back to my high school days 😊
Never heard of them before, although some of the song titles were familiar. Interesting reggae and The Clash feels.
I have never heard of this band, but I had so much fun listening to it yesterday. So pleasantly surprised!
Genre-bending and before her time!
Didn’t finish it. There’s probably a reason for that
One of my all-time favorite albums!
Very 90s. Another band I never knew, but I liked the combination of genres and I heard some Weezer sounds in there
Interesting album. Kind of reminds me of an old Irish folk album. Don't think I'll rush back to this one, but it wasn't bad either.
Really enjoyed this one! Looking forward to exploring more of his albums. There are so many!!
Love this album. Was great to return to it!
Love this album! Forgot all of these tracks were on this album.
Such a cool album! Never heard of it before. It'll definitely be one I return to!
Never listened to this one the full way through. Truly one of a kind.
Glad I finally got around to listening to the Flaming Lips. Such a fun album, even the campy tracks.
I like it about as much as expected. I've heard them so many times as a kid that it almost feel jokey at this point. Still, I was struck by how bizarre it must've been when this first came out as manic as it is.
Really cool album to get introduced to! Looked up Femi and his story is pretty cool too!
Solid. Love some songs and others are so so
V chill and new for me
Solid, but didn’t love it
Love this album
Been getting into heavier stuff recently, but this might be a little bit too metal for me.
Not for me 🤷🏻♂️
Really enjoyed this one!
Such a cool album! Didn't know this kind of music was around in the 70s. Clearly a hugely influential artist!
Pumped I finally dug into this one. Was great for a Friday too!
Perfect
Solid
Another solid classic!
One of the all-time greats! I only pick 4 because 3-4 other Bruce albums are 5s in my book and this one doesn't quite stack up for me.
Would probably have never gotten around to listening to this one if it hadn't been for this challenge, but I'm glad I did! Really like her voice.
Solid! Brought the moodup
Really cool album! I heard a couple songs that I suspect might have influenced some of Vampire Weekend’s last album
Great instrumentals. Didn’t live the voices/lyrics
Never heard of her before, but it was a cool album! I'm trying to think of who she reminds me of. Maybe Joni Mitchell was a big influence?
Such an amazing album. Really makes it connect how big they were in the 90s
Great album. Don't know why I never dug back into their stuff.
Never dug into her stuff too much. Really enjoyed it!
Glad I got to dig into this one finally. Sleepy, but good.
Forgot how great this album is!
Solid, but maybe a little too old times for me
CLASSIC
I can appreciate that the music is technical, it just ain’t for me
Don't know why I slept on this one. So good!
A classic! Loved hearing this one again
LOVE IT!!!
