Opening track is such a banger of an introduction. Karen’s vocal effects throws me back to early 2000s teen movies. I found the songs remained interesting all the way through, with a cool ability to shock us with unexpected sections or directions without being messy or chaotic.
Complex and odd (in a bad way) but I did like passionate fight
Reminded me of every Brisbane punk rock band that exists right now. Cool seeing the influence come through.
Good storyteller. She could be strong and vulnerable simultaneously eg. Fuck and Run and Shatter. Was also intrigued by the edginess/unique production of Flower.
Lyrically enjoyed this. Iconic but a little Monotonous- (unpopular opinion)
interesting, cruisy and glorious
Some nice moments. Wasn’t crazy about it
