Well. Not just a Bee Gees album, but a Bee Gees concept album. Not just a Bee Gees concept album, but one where significant creative differences resulted in not just one but two Bee Gees concept albums. About a Ukranian port. The first song alone lasts 1 day, 7 hours and 34 minutes.
OK, I wrote my first review below but was still listening to it when driving across town. In the space of a mile, I encountered some staggeringly entitled arsehole drivers. I found that it actually was the perfect soundtrack to staring the patriarchy in the face with a cold, dead, unblinking stare. It's just gone from 1 to 4 stars. ---‐------------------------------------------- Yes, I know, massively influential on the electronic music genre. But this is the musical equivalent of eating 6 crackers without water. Joyless, functional and boring. I couldn't finish it. One star.
Very bluesy. Would make great background music
Should be 5 stars but there are some lame ballads on there
Sounds like a fairly generic 90s low key album
Obviously, American Pie itself is absolutely iconic, but would I listen to the whole album out of choice?
Obviously, Epic is bloody Epic. I wish there was a 3.5 on this scale. It's a good angsty rock album. It could have pushed a 4 had there been more standout tracks, but it was a struggle to pick the rest of the content apart.

Gets 3 because it was inoffensive but probably not one to seek out.
It started well with a track that had a real Bowie-esque feel to it (Sea Song). But the rest of it was just a little too hit and miss to reach my criteria for a 3. I wouldn't listen to it again, but I wouldn't be screaming "Make it stop!!!"
Apparently, he was influential in the US. Maybe it's worth listening to more of his work, but taking this one as a standalone, it doesn't go about a 3 for me. Inoffensive meh.
A couple of trippy bangers in there which would get a 7/10, but not enough in the rest of the material to lift it to a 4/5.
I wanted to hate it but it was disappointingly mediocre
It took a couple of days to shake of the depression of listening to this
Absolutely classic Beatles. There's not a bad track on this.
Nice, chill hip hop. Definitely one I would return to.
An absolutely gargantuan album of early trip hop. A definitive album of the genre. And you get Unfinished Sympathy to boot. 5 stars all the way.
So slow you forget what she's singing about by the time she gets to the end of each line. Zero energy in a lot of the tracks and just... depressing.
