That's The Way Of The World
Earth, Wind & FirePretty funky, although the highlight for me (All About Love) is a slow-time ballad.

Not my cup of tea.
Wow, I think I like prog music now?
Very talented, and clearly positioned in the chain of influence towards modern singer-songwriters.
I think maybe the Yeah Yeah Yeahs are too cool for me to understand
Very good album top to bottom. It feels so modern, considering it came out in 1989!
Great rock and roll, The Nazz Are Blue was a highlight. RIP Jeff Beck -- what a guitar tone!
Fine, but not NO's best work.
Leonard Cohen is a genius.
I knew I liked it, but still it's been a few years since I listened to Siamese Dreams all the way through. Still a great album, and now tinged with sweet nostalgia.
A completely new band / album for me, and I liked it a lot! The heavier drumstep parts were a bit too much for me on a Tuesday morning, but the synthier elements were lush!
I'm sure it's good, but maybe I just don't like jazz?
One of the greats, for a reason.
Well, I like Gorillaz
Wow, Aerosmith kinda suck? It's particularly jarring since I just listened to Back in Black -- an absolutely classic hard rock album. By comparison, Pump seemed so trite and boring.
I'm not much of a thrash guy, and I don't think that this album will make me a thrash guy, but it was high-octane fun.
Not particularly memorable -- more like The Blah's by The Blah's!
Great album, still sounds very modern decades after its release.
I imagine that if I liked bossa nova more, this would have been a 4 or 5. As is, it's a perfectly good album
Wow, what a great album! The title track is a 10/10, and the album is brimming with bangers from start to finish.
I'm guessing that the selection committee for these albums was mainly old white English dudes.
I knew a few stand-out tracks (Chan Chan, El Cuart de Tula, De Camino a La Vereda), but listening to the whole album all the way through was a real treat!
Very strong story telling, and a good insight into how Eminem dealt with absolutely blowing up with fame (i.e.: badly). Very transgressive, and it's interesting to think about how to balance the artistic value against the intentional offensiveness. Overall, I enjoyed it.
A groundbreaking album when it came out, now it sounds slightly dated.
Here's a sentence I never thought I'd say -- I'm sick of post-punk country music.
Couldn't finish it -- not at all my cup of tea.
Extremely good album, filled with extremely good songs. The harmonies are so tight, and the musicality is incredibly fresh.
What can I say about SITKOL that hasn't already been said? It's an incredible album throughout. Strong singles, no filler. I think I prefer Innervisions, but this is still an absolutely classic album for a reason.
