It feels like Muse makes music for movie scenes where the world is ending

Do 4 of these songs really need to be 8+ minutes long?

There are some good songs but it all kind of blended together to me. I do really like the hives. Just didn’t love the album in its entirety.

I’m sure someone would love to yell at me about how ‘avant-garde’ and ‘innovative’ this album is, but it’s a lot of racket and I did not enjoy it. Captain beefheart has made some good music, but this album in its entirety was not it.

I’m already not a huge fan of genesis. This concept album was a lot to sit through.

Started out really strong but got a little bored by the end. Really good though!

I’m not a huge fan of instrumental albums. Some parts were fine but it was mostly boring to me.

I’ve never been crazy about Van Morrison but I liked this album more than I expected to.

Love the kinks, and this is a good album, just not their best!

Nina Simone is legendary and I do really love a couple of her other albums. I hadn’t listened to this particular album in its entirety before, and it felt a little underwhelming for me. She’s an incredible vocalist, but I was feeling bored through chunks of this.

3.5. I thought this started out strong but wasn’t as great in the second half. I did really enjoy a good chunk of this album though!

Haven’t listened to a lot of Metallica, but this was pretty good. I might have to listen to even more Metallica

It was fine, I just don’t understand why I had to hear it before I died

A lil reggae, a lil ska, a lil hip-hop. Not bad!
