1001 Albums Summary

I kinda just wanted it to end by the back half of the album. But still a good time.

Only 40 minutes long, but jam packed with amazing songs.

I appreciate the work here. Two of the biggest nineties songs are on here. But it’s not for me.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this. Know very little about this band and this is not something I normally would have listened to.

This was the equivalent of the music in a dentist’s office.

If this was the score to a tv show or movie, I’d dig it. But as a MUSIC album…blech.

Just not my thing

I heard The Beach Boys, The Stones, The Beatles, and so much more. But somehow, The Zombies are their own whole thing.

So strange. So wonderful.

This was fun to listen to, a good relaxing background music album. I want to hear more.

The story behind this recording is wild.

I perked up when I heard Tainted Love. The song Sec Dwarf has some killer synths. Every song can make you shake your head to the beat, even if the lyrics make you go “huh?”

Phil is the worst. But damn if he didn’t put together a Christmas album that still stands up today.

This was agony

One great song on there but the rest were rather boring.

I can see why Trent and Atticus are tapped to create soundtracks for dark movies.

I laughed audibly in places.
